This hotel provided a great stopover on our way south. The gardens and the heated pool were an added bonus which provided exercise and relaxation after a long drive. Our room was quite small but perfectly adequate. Although it overlooked the street, we were not disturbed at all and had a good night's sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was a... More

Despite our delightful host in Paris, we would have left Paris 2 days early in order to spend more time in this delightful oasis of calm. The birds never stopped singing and the gardens were a delight. It truly makes a difference when a family runs a hotel, especially when they are as competent as the owners of this hotel.... More

I think this is about the third or fourth time I have reviewed this family run hotel close to the A20. Not only is it convenient, (after all, this can be said of many hotels), but it is one of those places which is a destination one really looks forward to visit. Where on this planet, can one in May... More

This boutique hotel is a real treat. It is made up of an old church and church school and associated buildings along with an extensive& lovely garden & heated swimming pool. The decor in my room was delightfully French provincial and the room was spacious & spotless. A frig was supplied. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I had an... More

We stayed for one night at the end of September. The whole place just oozes class. Excellent service, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. The room was spacious and quiet. The food was superb - proven by a very full restaurant full of locals. I wished we'd stayed longer.....

My wife and I,along with our dog stayed for four nights in mid September. We found the experience extremely relaxing. We ate in the restaurant for three of the four nights and the food and the ambience were excellent. With reference to a previous review, there was more than one table of non French guests on two of those nights... More

We have stayed here several times. Charming room in very agreeable setting. The "but" is that there is no warmth or greeting when one arrives. Nor do they remember that one has been a previous guest (even when I requested our "usual" room). The lady owner does take one of your cases to the room, but gives the impression that... More

I've just had my 8th holiday in this charming haven of peace and quiet; lovely rooms, a garden best ever this year plus the caring attention of Family Rimet Mignon and team providing first class service and haute cuisine in truly beautiful surroundings. Looking forward to a re-run in 2015!

We stayed two nights for our wedding anniversary and it was absolutely lovely from the moment we arrived. The hotel building, garden, rooms and restaurant are superb, the owners/management obviously care a great deal about their hotel and providing an exquisite stay for their guests. We had dinner once and it was excellent, just read the chef' blog to see... More

This was the first hotel we stayed in on a walking tour of the area. I cannot fault it. The staff were lovely, the room was huge with a large lounge and upstairs bedroom (our friends had a large room with a seating area), the grounds were very pleasant with a pool and charming little chapel, and the dinner was...
