Spent two days in Blauzac and had a great experience at La Maison. The house is really charming, typical stone building, interior decoration a strong point. The owners, Christian and Pierre, make you feel at home -- really. Breakfast served in the dining room adjoing their own kitchen; rooms have great views, conversation with them was a big plus. Stayed at La Maison De Blauzac in September 2006. Living in Paris, I regularly visit Provence, but had not been to the Uzes area. I found this particular gem through I Escape and booked immed. The village of Blauzac is very picturesque and quiet.The Hotel is on a tiny little square by the Church in the most picturesque setting possible.... more

La Maison was a beautiful place with very gracious hosts who treated their guests as they would cose friends. Pierre and Christian have created a spectacular and unusual environment with surprising and unexpected touches in the decor.
