Very nice place. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. You will definately enjoy your stay. Very clean and great food also. Had fun times in the bar area also. Family run business. Lovely family. You can't go wrong with staying here.

Lots of history and nice people at this unique, old hotel. I'd recommend it, although I don't think there's any other place to stay in Nahma anyway. The owner introduced himself to us and gave us a lot of interesting information. The restaurant was good.

Quaint old logging town with a great little Inn with friendly people good food and like stepping back into a simpler time in a beautiful setting in Upper Peninsula. We fell in love with this town and Inn at first sight.

What a nice surprise to spend a night at the Nahma Inn! The Inn is simple but homey. The bar reminded me of Cheers where "Everybody knows your Name"! There are about 14 rooms, only a few have in room bathrooms. There are quant bathrooms with claw foot bath tubs for hotel guests. We had a comfortable queen size bed... More

If you want to be awake all night long listening to drunk people scream at the bar, this is the place for you! We were told at check in that they keep the noise to a minimum for their hotel customers, that's a lie! We have a 18month old child, and we listened to an acoustic guitarist (with amp) getting... It's 3:26 AM and the party is still going strong. Between the people (drunks) sitting on the front porch screeching and laughing and the drunks singing in the hallway I've gotten about a half hour of sleep, even ear plugs can't mask this noise. Never again!

Charlie and Laurie are great hosts, the food is wonderful and the hospitality outstanding! We were fortunate to be there on a night that featured a great Irish band, Beoga, all the way from County Antrim! The rooms are clean, small but yet quite delightful. It's a true hometown atmosphere, made all the better by being in the U.P.,eh!

Looking for a place to stay or place to eat "off the beaten" path while traveling in the UP of Michigan? Definitely stop at The Nahma Inn. Great food, awesome owners & clean/quaint rooms. Make a visit to the State Park on the Garden Peninsula nearby...both places are well worth the extra time stopping by.

Nahma Inn is an historic 104 year old inn and has wonderful charm. The rooms are all clean, pretty and most with small bathrooms. If you have to have modern accommodations with lots of soundproofing this isn't the place for you. The food is good and the bar usually fills with many interesting people. If you are looking for a... Very clean looking place, great that they restored it, we were the only guest, put us in a room right above the stairs from the bar, very loud, and the bathrooms are not like the pictures, I had to sit sideways on the toilet so my knees wouldn't hit the door, also had to go side ways to enter the...
