What a really wonderful romantic place to stay. We felt like houseguests not paying customers....all the the rooms and suites we saw were different and very comfotably furnished with stunning views of the grounds and the river. Le Chaufourg was a delightful and elegant 17th century inn and the perfect place to stay in the Dordogne region. The main rooms of this inn, the guest rooms and the gardens are magnificent.
