We stayed here for 2 nights - an extended weekend. Turckheim is an excellent place to stay if you want to explore the Alsace region. The hotel is really charming, really typical for the region (exterior + interior, we were on the 1st floor, rather small but comfortable room)! Very friendly staff and not too expensive.

We received a very warm welcome and shown to a beautiful, big room on the third floor with a big and comfortable bed. The bathroom was amazing - not only had a lot of money been spent on the fittings, but a lot of thought had gone into them. Big shower, huge corner bath, everything spotlessly clean and gleaming. But... More

Not expecting too much other then a fair price / quality ratio auberge, we were positively surprised. We were upgraded to a studio which was more then we needed. Large room, large bathroom and a kitchen that we actually did not need. We liked the couple who owns this Auberge. Hard working but friendly couple, passionate about what they do... More

Booked months before travel I booked 2 double rooms for 3 nights. To say this Hotel was rustic was an injustice it was just old and tired and in need of upgrading and a little TLC.On arrival we were shown the rooms, very small and poorly furnished,,our friends who travelled with us were given a room with a 3/4 size bed, which was... An enchanting accomodation in a picturesque village ! We had a wonderful week and appreciate the friendly attendance of our hosts. Excellent location to explore the area. Easy vineyard walking just outside the walls. We found significantly less tour groups than in many other villages. Highly recommended, so.

Stayed there on our way back from Italy. We had a warm welcome from the lovely couple of owners. Food is very good and refined we stayed in the small riesling room which was warmly decorated. Prices are not unexpensive but quality is there. I would recommand to stay there

We stayed for two nights during our drive from Paris to Austria. We had a small rental car – so there was always parking available across the street from the hotel. The check-in process with Celine was very good and we had a suite in the back part of the hotel - which was very nice, comfortable and well equipped... More

We had 1 night here while en route from Italy to UK , staying in "Framboise" a larger room on the top floor. The room was adequately sized, the bed large and comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and modern. The room decor was a little old fashioned and needs updating but that didn't bother us. Celine, the owner is... More

A one night stay on the way South. Booked the top floor room, good size for 3 of us and a good price though a lot of stairs. Very hot on arrival but surpisingly cool during the night. Bathroom typically old style France...............Restaurant closed but they had booked one nearby for me which was fine. Good breakfast. Street parking nearby... More

We chose rooms on the first floor as there was no elevator. Younger, fitter types should try one floor higher where, I understand, the rooms are larger. Certainly, our bathroom, in particular, was no place for cat-swingers while the bedroom itself was little better. Dinner was goog, breakfast was adequate. No wifi or hotel parking but public parking not too... More
