Loved our stay at this absolute gem of a hotel. Literally nestled in the vineyards with amazing views from the breakfast area and rooms throughout. The food is fantastic for breakfast and dinner. Service is warm, friendly, like you are part of the family. Definitely check out the massage chair that is free for all to use. Wi-fi is a... More

This was a weekend getaway to the Alsace wine region, and we made our booking based on previous reviewers comments about this hotel. We were delighted. The multilingual staff are warm and welcoming, and the quality and cleanliness of the facilities are superb. We were upgraded once staff realised that our child was 16 not 6, so they gave us... More

We stayed here in September 2014 for a few days and the weather was warm and sunny. The setting of this charming hotel is a dream. It is not directly in Ribeauville and that's a good thing. The hotel is away from the crowds and very tranquil. The view from our room and the dining room onto the vineyards is... More

We have stayed in this hotel several times when we are passing the Alsace.Especially in the summer het view is fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and dining has always been a pleasure.Seared foie gras (the best you can get) is always my fixed choice. The dining room is also overlooking the vineyards, which cretaes a very special atmosphere. Do not forget to... More

I can't understand hotel ratings because this 4 star property should be 10 stars if you are comparing apples for apples. It's a class act, a wonderful hotel, gorgeous room, superb views, brilliant food (the most enjoyable dinner of our trip). Loved the charm of the dinner hosts, the lovely setting and the excellent cuisine. I note another reviewer thinks... More

Every few years, when we travel through Europe, we stop at Le Clos for 3 or 4 days. We always call in advance, and after having stayed in several other rooms, now request room 25. If it is not available, then 23 or 24 will also be very nice, but that's it. Not that the other rooms don't have their... More

We stayed here for 1 night in a family room nr 10. The friendly receptionist brought us to our room. which was spacious and clean!!!!!! It might need some refurbishing as its somewhat dated and decor slightly damaged. Cracked tiles in the bathroom above the bath. But other than that the bed was comfortable and our 3 year had good... We were originally going to stay here for 3 nights but we changed it to 4 and were glad we did. If you have a car and are going to tour the Alsace area, I would highly recommend staying here! The rooms were extremely comfortable and the location is great. It's right in the middle of a vineyard and away... More

I left it too long to book a hotel for the Corpus Christi holiday in Europe and thus took the first best hotel I could find which would serve our purpose. Marion and I drove from Constance Germany to Ribauville in the Alsace France on Saturday June 8th afternoon and reached the hotel at about 06.30 PM. I had booked... More

Our room was under the dining room. We had no internet and had to get out in the hall the receive it. The staff was less then helpful. If you want a cup of coffee before 815 a. It is not available. We planned a day trip to Colmar and asked advice. Because it was Monday someone should have told... More
