Right in the middle of the town, easily reachable if you park right outside and walk there. The place is very niice indeed if a bit too expensive for the value: the furniture is new and the bed comfortable, and our room had a fantastic top floor view on the town, with an extra sofa room.

Stayed one night in a triple room. The hotel is in the middle of the old town so we parked on the out skirts (cheaper than at the the hotel and easier to get to) and walked in with all our stuff. It wasn't far, but not easy to find as it is hidden down an alley in a platz.... More

Very nice room, good shower etc. Comfortable bed once we ditched the plastic under sheet. Nice to have a good restaurant attached. Parked our car in the hotel parking which was a trial to find but staff very helpful. Ribeauville is a maze of tiny one-way streets.

We stayed in the 'reduced mobility' room 'Framboise' & the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well furnished including small sofa / chairs. The bathroom was well equipped with excellent shower, much enjoyed after & long drive. The hotel staff were welcoming & very friendly. The room had it's own independent entrance giving easy access to the town centre, Breakfast was... More

We stayed here on our way to Italy and also on our return journey. Rooms were adequate, if a little expensive for the standard. Our main choice was for the town of Ribeauville, which is charming, and as there was not too many choices regarding hotels, we chose this one.

Our stay here was lovely although this was more because of the location and the town. The hotel and our rooms were nice and roomy. We never saw a staff member between check-in and check-out and never at there but it was perfect as a base for wandering around the town and region.

I booked online and tried emailing the hotel directly to confirm but never heard from them. Upon arrival it became clear that this would not be a Wi-Fi friendly place. But, there were no problems checking in - they were expecting us. We stayed 2 nights and the room was as advertised. Nothing special but very clean. Even with the... More

Location is great, right in the middle of ribeauvillee. to bad breakfast was not included and only available for a bizarre price.... More

In June 2012, our family of 4 stayed one night in a suite with an attic room for our children. The suite is full of charm. We love the old-world atmosphere and the updated spacious bathroom. The hotel room has it all--value, comfort, charm, and cleanliness. It was a wonderful stay for our whole family. Just one tip for those... More

We stayed in one of the 4 person rooms recently and really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large and clean and the staff were very friendly (despite a language barrier with a few people). Be warned that our shower had the extended hose (not uncommon in France) and the hair dryer was pretty weak in... More
