The location of this place is very nice: you have to travel a bit up the mountains, but you gain a very good position in return. There's a free parking outside the hotel. The structure appears quite new, the room was spacious and comfortable, although we had a very small window not overlooking the panorama. We could enjoy the view... More

The view is very nice overlooking the valleys and hills but the room is rated very high for the comfort you get.( our window was broken, the fan in the bathroom very loud, no good internet access in the room) We had dinner in the restaurant, it was good but not excellent. The breakfast is again nice, but no fresh orange... More

As part of our walking tour in Kaysersberg valley, it was arranged for us to stay in this hotel for one night. The hotel is placed outside Lapoutroie - up, up, up the mountains - and with a beautiful view over the village. We had a delicious diner in the restaurant. Really nice. We stayed in room 9 - spacious... More

This is a pleasant enough place, and I was prepared to like it more than I did. The views over the Vosges and the valley are certainly pleasant enough---more so when low-lying fog rolls in and covers the town of Lapoutroie below. The service is uniformly sweet. Everything is blissfully quiet even when the hotel is full---there are only 6... More

To find a little bit of heaven on earth, drive up the mountain to Les Alisiers. I have just made my sixth visit since 1991, to this gorgeous destination hotel. You leave the traffic behind and come to this serene and peaceful vacation spot where the rooms are immaculately clean, spacious, and modern. The view is to die for!! The... More

We stayed in Les Alisiers for one night in the summer. The big doors opening to the outside made it wonderfully quick to cool the room (after a 35 degree day) and the scents of the forest came drifting in. The bed was large and pleasant, the bathroom clean and easy to use. Only downside I found was that the... More

We returned to Les Alisiers in September with two other couples on a "Senior Play Group" tour of Alsace. We stayed three days and ate dinner with them twice [though we had just plan to eat there once]. Beautiful dining room with views, great setting, a bit isolated to find but no trouble on the second time. Prices from Euro... More

Stayed here 3 years ago on way to Switzerland & had a good experience. Stayed on way home this time in room 2 again, just great room. Very stylish & modern, Best experience is the evening dinner, 3 courses for 26euros, as good as any top class restaurant, & a beautiful dining room too. Well worth the tranquillity, despite being... Stayed here for one relaxing night on a journey to Austria. The road up is very steep and tortuous but it is worthwhile and it is the sort of place where you instantly relax. Our room was at the back of the hotel and so had no views but It was very comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant, however, does... More

Spent one night here as part of our walking trip. What a great place! It was worth the last steep walk up the hill. Staff was very helpful. We were first assigned to a small room. As we had a dog with us, this wasn't very convenient. After asking for a slightly bigger room, we got another one which was... More
