We phoned to the hotel quite late an they told us they had a room at 62€. We received the bill at 72€. Apparently, there was no good... More

This hotel was a perfect "home base" for my two-day spontaneous trip to Kaysersberg in Fall 2014. The rooms are spread out across two properties, across the street from each other and I was in the building that abuts the mountains. This was a large room with a balcony that provided great breeze as well as a view. This location... More

My girlfriend and I visited in winter, so the place was fairly empty. As a result our room was upgraded by the lovely and helpful receptionist. Our room on the second floor was spacious, had lovely decor and boasted a lovely view out over the charming town of Kaysersberg. The hotel was easy to find and located close to the... More

Sits at edge of old town, as advertised, in a true 3 star hotel. Nice balcony. No frills. The front desk reception is very helpful and multi-lingual. Fine for those without pets if you catch it under 100Euros/nt. Priced somewhat high for what we had, especially in off season. Not recommended for dogs as they are Strictly not permitted to be... Christine Keller and her daughter were amzing hosts and this was the best location to visit the Christmas Markets, a half block stroll and you are in the most picturesque town with charming shops and restaurants. There is private parking so no worries about finding a spot. Clean, comfortable, the breakfast is well worth €10.

My family and I had a magical experience staying at the beautiful Hotel les Remparts in magical Kaysersberg ... there were 9 of us, ranging in age from 9 to 73 and we were richly accommodated in various ways, each very attractive and comfortable. The hotel manager and her daughter did everything humanly possible to make this a memorable experience... More

My wife and I had a day to spend in between of some business in Strasbourg. Initially we were planning to stay in Colmar, but eventually booked this hotel in Kaysenberg. What a lovely town? We enjoyed it a lot, and actually more than Colmar. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff at the reception speaks good English and... More

Super well run hotel. No dining restaurant but so close to the quaint village of Kayserberg with plenty of eating places. Clean and large room (for a French hotel). The only odd thing was a separate toilet from bathroom - a relic from the 1960s it appears. Breakfast superb, hosted by a bevy of local ladies - almost as if... More
