We were here one night of out two night stay in Kaysersberg. Easy parking, has a lift, very nice beds, super clean and modern rooms. A great place to stay in a wonderful ville. There is a paid parking fifty meters if you have a camper or trailer. 100 meters to the Albert Schweitzer museum .

We spent one night here as part of our walking tour. It is very close to the beautiful old town which made it easy for shopping/sight-seeing and eating. We had a large room with a deck on the ground floor which appeared to be in a newish addition. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also large with a... More

There are three parts to this hotel. The original hotel, the annex which has balconies and the loges (self contained flats/rooms). We stayed in the latter which was excellent. It has recently been refurbished so is very clean and modern. Our kitchen was fully furnished, dishwasher, fridge etc. Pleasant sitting area and very comfortable bedroom. There was a large balcony... This hotel was a perfect "home base" for my two-day spontaneous trip to Kaysersberg in Fall 2014. The rooms are spread out across two properties, across the street from each other and I was in the building that abuts the mountains. This was a large room with a balcony that provided great breeze as well as a view. This location... More

My girlfriend and I visited in winter, so the place was fairly empty. As a result our room was upgraded by the lovely and helpful receptionist. Our room on the second floor was spacious, had lovely decor and boasted a lovely view out over the charming town of Kaysersberg. The hotel was easy to find and located close to the... More

Sits at edge of old town, as advertised, in a true 3 star hotel. Nice balcony. No frills. The front desk reception is very helpful and multi-lingual. Fine for those without pets if you catch it under 100Euros/nt. Priced somewhat high for what we had, especially in off season. Not recommended for dogs as they are Strictly not permitted to be... Christine Keller and her daughter were amzing hosts and this was the best location to visit the Christmas Markets, a half block stroll and you are in the most picturesque town with charming shops and restaurants. There is private parking so no worries about finding a spot. Clean, comfortable, the breakfast is well worth €10.
