We were there for two days in July (my second visit there), and thought it was a wonderful hotel, with excellent service and good rooms. close to the old section of the town; excellent shopping and walking; very friendly staff and owners

There are three parts to this hotel. The original hotel, the annex which has balconies and the loges (self contained flats/rooms). We stayed in the latter which was excellent. It has recently been refurbished so is very clean and modern. Our kitchen was fully furnished, dishwasher, fridge etc. Pleasant sitting area and very comfortable bedroom. There was a large balcony... Stayed here for two nights. Lovely comfortable rooms with balcony. Staff very helpful and friendly. Kaysersberg a beautiful old village with nice pubs and restaurants at the foot of a small castle. We'll be back!

This hotel was a perfect "home base" for my two-day spontaneous trip to Kaysersberg in Fall 2014. The rooms are spread out across two properties, across the street from each other and I was in the building that abuts the mountains. This was a large room with a balcony that provided great breeze as well as a view. This location... More

My girlfriend and I visited in winter, so the place was fairly empty. As a result our room was upgraded by the lovely and helpful receptionist. Our room on the second floor was spacious, had lovely decor and boasted a lovely view out over the charming town of Kaysersberg. The hotel was easy to find and located close to the... More

Sits at edge of old town, as advertised, in a true 3 star hotel. Nice balcony. No frills. The front desk reception is very helpful and multi-lingual. Fine for those without pets if you catch it under 100Euros/nt. Priced somewhat high for what we had, especially in off season. Not recommended for dogs as they are Strictly not permitted to be... Christine Keller and her daughter were amzing hosts and this was the best location to visit the Christmas Markets, a half block stroll and you are in the most picturesque town with charming shops and restaurants. There is private parking so no worries about finding a spot. Clean, comfortable, the breakfast is well worth €10.

My family and I had a magical experience staying at the beautiful Hotel les Remparts in magical Kaysersberg ... there were 9 of us, ranging in age from 9 to 73 and we were richly accommodated in various ways, each very attractive and comfortable. The hotel manager and her daughter did everything humanly possible to make this a memorable experience... More
