The hotel is well sign posted as you enter Kayersberg (very useful considering the one way system), and has free parking. The receptionist was extremely helpful, and had ensured our requests had been catered for. Although I can speak some French, the receptionist did speak to us in excellent English. We arrived in Kaysersberg without a reservation in August and thought we would not find any accomodation for the night, but we went to the Tourist Information Center where a friendly young man helped us find what we needed. There was one 3* hotel with vacant rooms left in town so we booked it without seeing it. It was fine.... more
