This is a nice modern hotel in the centre of Alsace. The rooms are clean, ok size but the beds are very simple and not so comfortable. A nice thing if you are a couple are that they only serve breakfast in-room and you may have it on the balcony but if you travel by your self it can be... More

We booked a Superior Deluxe room which was really nice and big, but directly over the pool area and therefore was incredibly hot (airconditioning wasn't working). For dinner, we had made a reservation at the Restaurant Gastronomic and mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and asked for a nice romatic table. When we showed up, the host couldn't find... More

Bit confused why this Michelin star restaurant is not separately listed in the listings. Yes it is in the hotel but it is a separate entity and without doubt is the best restaurant in town. It needs to have proper descriptions of food & service. The food is amazing, the cheese and petit fours trolleys best we have ever seen,... More

A friend and I splurged and had the menu of the week (62 euros) and the suggested wines (29 euros). Each course was total surprise. The taste for each course was the opposite of what I expected. A great adventure. Well worth it.

We did not stay in the hotel, but ate in its restaurant (not to be confused with the Winstub). We had a truly memorable meal, preceded by no less than three amuses bouche and a small glass of soup. There were "Ooh, ah, wow" tastes in every dish - and especially in the lobster and the venison. Portions are very... More

A great place to base if you are visiting the Alsace wine region. Chambard is perfectly wine country charming on the outside, while the inside is perfectly modern. Our room was spacious and quiet, the staff is extremely sweet, and don't miss breakfast in what I think is the most beautiful area of the hotel - just a few steps... More

We booked this room 24hrs before we arrived, decided to book just one night after reading a few negative reviews on TA. Wish we had booked for two nights, what a great hotel. The decor inside the hotel is a pleasant surprise and added interest to our stay. Our room, number one, was huge with a extremely comfortable bed. There... More

Very nice and quiet hotel in the beautiful city, Kaysersberg. The staff speaks excently English and is very helpfull. Our trippleroom was quite large and had a small bay window. The spa-area is very nice and cosy and there are free bathrobes and towels in the rooms. We only stayed one night, but we'll definitely choose this hotel again, next... More

By excellent experiences in July 2012 we booked this hotel and restaurant on the way back from Italy. Due to traffic problems in the St. Gotthard Tunnel we arrived around 9 pm..The receptionist refused us the access to the restaurant at this time and referred us to the nearby Flamme and Co (a nearby 'trendy' (?) restaurant, assuming that we... Stayed here one night for a business meeting. Initial impressions were a bit average, but the rooms were extremely good and had been recently refurbished a very nice modern style. Food in the bistro as part of the package was distinctly average and we had two separate wine spillages. Overall, a good choice.
