A cute hotel nestled on a backstreet right in the centre of the town. A comfy bed, very friendly receptionist and great location. The room was clean and nice and the hotel is very quiet.... So expect a great nights sleep! Just what we were looking for from our time in this town.

What a greay cosy hotel in the heart of the old Kaysersberg town. Very romantic. My husband and I had a lovely small, but very sweet room on the top floor (mansarde style) with beautiful hand-painted, Alsace-style furniture. The lady of the house was very friendly. The entire location is smashing. Breakfast is typical French style - coffee and croissants.... More

Rooms are basic but have all you need including WiFi. The service is great, can-do attitude from getting taxis to restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was a hit , the bread is has the just baked crispness, their marmalade was yummy. A gem in a great town.

We found this hotel offered everything we expected. The rather Germanic room was clean and well equipped if somewhat basic (but that is reflected in the price). The welcome was lovely, the parking was brilliant and the breakfast was excellent. Altogether a brilliant find in the centre of this beautiful Alsacien village (which unfortunately is over-run with tourists). Mme Kohler... More

You walk into an nice historic looking reception and the owners are lovely. The room is huge but basic and unfortunately if you ask for a double bed you only get 2 singles pushed together. The trick is to use your own belt and bind them together. Breakfast is good and my view from the room was very romantic.

It is difficult to describe a hotel this blank and basic - I don't know how it managed 3 stars. The rooms are worn, old and like being in a caravan. The bed was sloped and uncomfortable; the breakfast the most bland on our 7 hotel trip. My advice is to try other establishments or villages close by where prices... More

We always fall back on this Hotel (visited the 3rd time) as it's simply one of the best located Hotels in the whole Alsace. Kayserberg is a very pretty town and not as busy as other tourist magnets, and the Hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town slightly off the main road (is very quiet). The rooms are... We stayed in Hotel Constantin two nights. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and cosy, maybe a bit cold in December but nothing unbearable. Clean bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was basic but good. I really recommend this place if you are on a budget. :)

We stayed here for two nights a week ago, and I have forgotten almost everything about the place! Clearly it cannot have been too bad, and equally clearly it cannot have been very good - ot to put it another way nothing about the place stood out to lift it above the average standard of a small French hotel.

Arrived just before two, to find the hotel locked, and were referred by a notice to a nearly restaurant. After waiting here, we were told that the hotel was now open, and returned to a very friendly reception, a room with shabby bedcovers but otherwise spotless. As noted in a previous review, breakfast was very limited, but otherwise acceptable. Good... More
