A Lovely family run hotel just inside the city walls and great location to explore this fabulous city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is to die for. Plenty of hot water. But if returning to the hotel after dark carry a torch as street lighting is poor

We spend two nights in this small charming hotel in Xiva city. Firstly, the location of the hotel is very convenient - in the historical core of the sity, just behind the city wall. It is very close to the historic landmarks of Xiva. The city itself looks like a fairy tail affair, whit titled minareds, bricks madrassas and fortresses...... More

We ended up in this hotel due to power problems across the old city of khiva. We were the second other room occupied but we actually managed to bargain with them which dropped their starting rate quite a bit. We would not have gone to this hotel if we did not need to BUT it actually worth it even if... More

After having a nightmare with the hotel in Nukus, I told my friends that I need a good hotel in Khiva to compensate my imbalance. This hotel is recommended by LP, and located right in front of the south gate. I don't think it is the best hotel in Khiva, but it definitely worth a stay. Triple room given was... More

We stayed for several days in this very pleasant small hotel. All the family were consistently helpful and nothing was too much trouble - e.g providing us with a very early breakfast on the day we drove to Bukhara. Our room (upstairs) was spacious, clean and quiet with a good bathroom. Hotel is in a great area - within the... More

Beautiful place and within the city walls - which is definitely where you want to stay. Great woodworking and friendky, cultivated family who run it. But frankly for the price they charge, in Uzbekistan you should get unlimited and really hot water when you want it. Internet only seemed to work in the lobby

Spacious rooms with a lovely family to look after you. As this is located within the complex it helps when you need a break from the sight seeing. The newest hotel on the block.

Nice quiet location in the old city near the South gate. Very clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and warm, friendly service. When we asked how to get to the bazaar the owner sent an employee along to show us the way. Beautiful interior with a nice porch to relax and watch life go by. We didn't have a chance to... More

The hotel is beautiful and looks modern. The location is peaceful and is away from the city. The main sightseeing destinations are nearby. The rooms are luxurious and clean with a tastefully done décor. The entire hotel premises are clean and well maintained. Everything looks new and well done. The beds are soft with adequate bedding material. The furniture provided... More

Very nice house, with many wooden artwork made by the owner, who also has a workshop in the city center. Wonderful breakfast room, and great breakfast with lots of dried fruits and nuts. The house also has a nice porch where you can sit and have a drink. Nice and helpful staff.
