We didn’t know what to expect as the hotel booking was made by our sons future mother inlaw We were there for the wedding in a few days time. The wedding was in the hotels wedding venue, it was great, so well done and very professional. On arrival we were greeted by a very nice gentleman ( sorry I didn’t... More

This hotel provides excellent services, very helpful and has good english communication. However, it is located quite far away from any subway. The nearest subway is the New Suwon City Hall Station, which is 20 mins walk away. I would recommend walking to the station and shop abit, then take a taxi back (cheap). It is also 20mins drive from... More

The rooms here are not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Desk service is quite good. It is definitely a 2 or 3 star place (a 5 star rating would be ridiculous), but it is a good value, convenient for that area and well maintained.

Fitness center for men only, as well as the sauna. The room is tiny. Public areas aren't extremely clean. Chinese restaurant in the hotel is awful and insanely expensive. The only good things are: -US power outlet in the room -The shower

Maybe if the hotel was not marketed as a five start hotel, I would have rated it higher. I stayed there for 10 nights as part of a professional delegation. I stayed in two different rooms, both were comfortable with good beds, good lenin, and nice bathrooms. The strange thing is lack of natural lighting in this hotel. The hallways... More

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights for a conference in Suwon. The staff were very polite and friendly and the room very clean. Breakfast is overpriced - the Korean option may be ok (I didn't try), but the western option was horrible. There isn't all that much around the hotel (some local restaurants), so I would try walking... More

Good: the bed was good; internet fast; TV had one English program, water bottles available, English spoken at front-desk. Perfect access by bus from airport. Could be better: clean-less of the room: I found quite some hairs and stuff on the camouflage colored carpet. In summer time, you must sleep with airco; otherwise you will wake-up in sweat at 30C.... I stayed in Standard Double room. It was relatively small but comfortable. Bad is fine. TV size is reasonable. Bathroom is comfortable. Ethernet connection is available free of charge. Loby is big and nice. outside there are many options to eat.

This is not the best hotel or worst either. I stayed for almost two weeks and was comfortable here. The staff is accommodating; the rooms are small for more than one guest. Clean is a relative term depending on your own opinion, the rooms are clean however the hotel is older and needs to be better maintained. If you are... More

A good, clean confortable hotel in suwon, the rooms are very smal but very nice, perfect to go with the airport bus. Prices are good, for Korea very good. Would stay there again. It's not a hotel for sightseeing Seoul, to far away and except the airport bus no public transportation,
