The historic and memorable hotel has a great location and is walking distance to both attractions, market, and bus terminal. The service is great. They were so accommodating the time that we were there; allowing us to have an early check in, and helping so much with directions and transport. The free breakfast is also really tasty and generous. It... More

if you want a brand new, modern, hotel with spanking new amenities, this isn't it. it is a historical location, which was originally a house (albeit an huge one), and it is a true original. if you come to vigan to explore the the history, this hotel is a great way to compliment and make your stay more authentic. the... This hotel has the best location in Vigan and its ambience clearly goes with the Heritage Statement being presented by the city. Situated in front of the plaza with the Heritage Village on its left side, row of calesas are in front awaiting guests to partake in the Heritage Tour. Accommodations come with free plated breakfast served by Hap Chan,... More

Access to the hotel is not available on weekends. We have to pay a tricycle driver to guide us to the hotel which is located behind/beside the Vigan Cathedral. Some people are not thinking - they should have provided some detour to the location if they are to close some roads. As expected, the hotel check in process is quick,... More

Rooms are lovely and period in decor.Staff are very helpful and very friendly.Breakfast is very nice.My only little gripe is that the bathroom and shower in my room could do with a... More

A centrally located hotel with the calesas (horse and carts for hire) just outside the front door. The room was relatiively okay but we often had to turn the aircon and ceiling fan on full-blast to clear the burning fat fumes coming in from the kitchen. The electric card unit on the wall in the room was shorting when we... More

Very convenient location, as one explores the heritage village. The kalesas are just across. The hotel rooms feels home, wooden floors, wide cabinets, and the old fashioned dresser adds to the overall period-feel. The front desk staff can really help boost tourism by knowing a little more of other tourist spots.
