This is the worse place I ever stayed in my whole life. On day 1, I checked the room, is clean and simple thus I agreed to pay Rp800 for a non air-conditioned room. Then, found out: too hot, the room is so hot even the fan is running as it is summer and temperature at almost 42 degree. So,... More

I wish I could say better things about this place, but I will have to stop at the fact there is motorcycle parking. The room looks cleaner in the photos than it feels. There rarely someone at reception, and maybe they are way under staffed, because it took ages for basic things. I asked for a top sheet, as all... More

Spent one night at the hotel in mid-January. The generator was below our room and ran for hours and hours at a time. The noise completely did my head in. It kicked on in the early morning hours and drove me nuts. Also, the generator powered everything from the tv to the outlets, which is really just a waste of... More

We stayed at this guesthouse for two nights. We took an AC room but the AC didn't work so we switched room to one where it did work. The room was clean, the mattress was new and the bedding was clean. The wifi did not work. There was hot water one morning, but the rest of the time it was... More

We booked a room at mayadevi for 2 days during early september when its extremely hot and dry. Before checking in, the manager confirmed they have a generator which would be used in case there is a power cut. 2 hours later when we had a powercut, manager refused to turn it on and rudely said generator is used only... Myself and my boyfriend recently stayed here during our stay in Lumbini. Our room was a standard fan room, it had a huge double bed and hot and cold shower so we were quite happy. It did get tough on our last night as the electricity went off during the night so I woke up sweating and couldn't really sleep... More

Our room, while at first looked clean, it turned out was *not*. The beds were infested with fleas & bedbugs, not to mention countless other winged and terrestrial creatures. We had inspected the beds upon arrival, but for some reason, the infestation didn't ramp up until around 10pm... maybe it was the light that attracted them? or they just woke... More

The guy at the reception promised us over and over that the generator would provide us with power for the ceiling fan at the very least so we booked two rooms for two nights. On the first night we got food poisoning and on the second night there was no fan so we were forced to sleep outside and were... More

We enjoyed a double room with attached bathroom and fan and TV...air/con not required in March. Good safe rear parking for motorcycle and friendly reception staff and the room was clean. The restaurant upstairs seemed to be closed so next doors place was full every night with good Nepali, Indian and Continental food...close to all the temple complexes and gardens.... More
