We love staying here , the rooms are very dated and could sure use a makeover but the service we get from house keeping and the staff at the water park make it all worth while . I was excited and looked forward to staying there a few days until I was in our suite. Considering the money brought into the casinos and waterpark, I was surprised by the shoddy surroundings! Every appliance was old and needed cleaning. To my horror our mattress sunk into the middle and I felt the springs, in my already bad back!... More

I just stayed at the Green Suites in Mount Pleasant MI for 6 nights. Upon arriving noticed that there was no couch in the living room and just a few chairs. Stayed one night in a one bedroom suite. The place was clean, out dated, and had a musty smell that just wouldn't go away. The shuttle between the room and the casino was a plus. It's amazing how much money Soaring Eagle rakes in, but they haven't put any of it into this property. Won't stay there again.

We rented a 2 bedroom unit and when getting into the room found that the AC/heater was not working in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance showed up an hour later and replaced the unit. The friendliest staff and the cleanist rooms around....diffently needs a update but otherwise nice

Seriously disturbing, found caked on blood on the comforter and they just brought a new comforter and refused to discount or relocate us.
