We found Namutoni a little odd. The resort is organised to keep cars out, which makes it a bit of a walk from the rooms to the fort with the restaurant (past the very nice pool). The Historic German Fort in is the middle of the Namutoni resort. Impossible to miss it. Ther is a lot of wildlfe in the surrounding including the lions.
