This CG is great for older couples but not if you have kids, teens or dogs. Kids are going to play and be loud, it's just normal. But it's not allowed here on your own campsite. Don't plan on bringing your beloved dogs with you and plan on leaving them in your air conditioned camper with food and water. They... More

We rented a rustic cabin on the 14th and 15th of August here. The maintenance of this place is impeccable, and the staff very helpful and friendly. Quiet time is 10 pm and literally at 10 everything was quiet. Fantastic place for families. Definitely would come back again.

This was a great campground. The campsites are very spacious for an RV. There were several bathrooms so I never had to wait in line to shower. They cleaned the restrooms 2x a day and the showers were very clean. There is a heated pool for the kids. This is used best as a Family campgound. They strictly enforce the... More

Great campground, Great Staff. Kids enjoyed it all. A++++++ Will for sure go here again. Pool was nice, tubing down the river was great! Friends had a problem finding grey water drain, park workers where there right away working on the problem. The nice couple who takes care of the bathrooms stopped by and where extremely friendly. The park owner... More

Great campground! Owners and all the staff were courteous, polite, helpful, and friendly! Loved the deluxe cabins, the pool, the basketball court area, and the fabulous stars in the sky at night! It would be nice to have the free wi-fi expanded in the future to the entire campground area vs. just the hotspots by the registration building and the... More

Stayed here for the busy 4th of July weekend. The last 2 years we were in more developed campgrounds in Ludington. I really appreciated White River's unpaved roads, tree cover, stream/river that runs thru it, and large campsites. We had a Cabin- #309, it was perfect. Simple wood cabin with a queen bed and some bunk beds. It even had... More

Stayed here since it was close to michigan adventures. We stayed in our travel trailer (full hookups) and brother's family stayed in wilda's roost (trailer on site). Brother said beds in trailer were uncomfortable but everything else was great. Nice private spread out campsites. Very clean and updated bathrooms. Large playground for the kids. You can tell they re-invest in... More

While our lot was very large, it was a mosquito haven. My daughter and I both came home with at least 6-10 bites each. Also, there was no grass at our full hook-up site. Wish this would have been advertised; we had 2 kids and 2 dogs with us. Would have liked for them to have some grass to play... More

we had a rustic campsite right by the river and my 2 boys loved being able to fish right at our campsite. Something very important to me is the very clean restrooms that were there. Cleaned twice a day and I didn't have to worry about anything crawling on me while I was in the bathroom! The pool looked super... More

Our campsite was what I would call average sized, and set up with some thought. We were next to a hill with a river at the bottom, but we never really saw any wild animals even though there were a lot of trees(no thick over growth) on the hill. Never went in the pool, but it looked nice. A few... More
