Avoid this hotel like the plague! The staff is not vey helpful, the pool is cold and in disrepair and the hot tub has to have a garden hose running into it all the time. I am still wondering how a hot tub can be the perfect temperature with ice cold tap water running into it at all times. That... More

The lighting in the hallway was dim making the place feel creepy. The paint in the pool was peeling and the pool towels were reveling. It felt unkempt. For being "pet" friendly they said we could be asked to leave at any time if our dog barked and we couldn't leave the dog in the room if we wanted to... More

The room was clean although a bit small. Breakfast was good. However, when we arrived the parking lot was being black topped just where the entrance was located. There was no one outside telling new arrivals where to enter the building so I had to park my car on the grass, hoping that was a safe place, and walk around... More

Booked this location because of proximity along our route - this was half way. And although it has a Marquette address, it is really in Harvey. Hotel was older and some renovations were happening in the common areas, rooms cozy. There are not a lot of sit down meal options in the area, so be prepared for that. Free wi-fi... More

We booked this hotel because of the price, which we found to be most affordable of all the area hotels. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and the beds were super soft and comfortable. That being said, there were several issues that will make us think twice about returning in the future. 1: The rooms are extremely small, no... More

Very impressed based on the price. Very clean rooms, great beds, make your own waffles for breakfast. Yes it is a little older, but it appears they are improving the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do not have an elevator, so be sure to request first floor if needed.

We stayed here for the second time last week. We use this hotel as a more cost effective way to rest our heads for the night. There was a mix up in our reservation and somehow, our stay was scheduled for the same two nights we were in Sault Ste. Marie. I showed up to check in on Friday and... More

Brand new beds, but the floor felt greasy, the room hadn't been dusted in weeks, and the bathroom reeked of mildew. Had to go back down to get towels and a remote for the TV. Wear shoes and get a good breakfast somewhere else.

We stayed one night. Our room was huge, 2 queen beds, and a sectional couch with a pull out bed. Water pressure was great, beds were extremely comfy. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.
