Getting ready for our annual trip out west. We decided to go and visit the great Kingston plains. This hotel is located in Manistique Michigan and is not overcrowded by any means. If you are a sledhead and you're looking for a place to park-sleep-eat...we found this to fit the bill. Grabbed breakfast and dressed at the trailhead about forty... More

We stayed as part of a group of 26. The staff readied breakfast early on Sunday to accommodate us, let us use the dining area for our evening meeting, and let us fix our picnic lunch in the dining area when we were rained out of the field The lobby sitting area is large and comfortable, the daily popcorn is... Not a $100+ a night hotel. I have stayed in nicer for almost half. The rooms are a bit dated, subpar patch in the carpet, the Wi-Fi was like being on dial-up. And last of all, there was hair in the shower. I would stay again if they lower the rate to around $60 - $70.

Stopped at this hotel as it was late & I had already been driving all day. Desk attentendent was very friendly. Popcorn in lobby is nice touch. Room seemed reasonalby clean~ did find some stray long dark hairs in the bathroom/shower area but it wasn't enough for me to say anything. My only issue might have been with the sheets.... More

You also get a free breakfast. Reasonable rates. Clean. Comfortable. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Used to be the hotel peninsula point, which we had made a reservation with. It did not get transferred to the Quality Inn. Front desk was great. Took care of it. No problem.

We were traveling south on our last leg of road trip of the UP and picked this Inn for the night and glad we did. Our 2nd floor room was very spacious, clean and quiet with the most comfortable pillows and beds comparable to a 4 star hotel. The hot/cold breakfast was included and good. Good location to nearby restaurants... More

Not knowing the area and on a motorcycle trip we stopped here for the night. The establishment was very clean upon first inspection in the lobby area. The staff member knew her job and check in was a breeze. The room was larger than average and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the hallways were quiet. Lobby coffee was... More

We arrived on a rainy afternoon in October and the attendant at the desk was very accommodating. She gave us a jacuzzi room for a good rate and it was bigger than most rooms we encounter in the UP. It is on the second floor front which I figured would give us a look at the shoreline/lake front. That didn't... More
