We stay here every year for our Woodward Dream Cruise vacation. We are never dissatisfied. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfy. It is reasonably quiet (we try to get a room facing the pool) considering the highway is just over the hedges at the back. The complimentary supper on Mon, Tues. & Wed. certainly is adequate and... Stayed one night while in the area. Industrial/office area. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and our room was ready. (Used Marriott app to check in) There was a small dinner available. Pasta, salad, breadsticks, veggies and potatoes. Fresh baked cookies at the front desk. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. It is an older building but is tastefully decorated.... More

Traveler beware - my son and family had their Chrysler minivan broken into while spending the night here on July 23, 2015 - the van was parked in the rear parking lot, which is neither secured nor has any sort of surveillance camera in place. They suffered a loss of $500 - their deductible, plus loss of the vehicle for... More

On Thurs night 7/23/2015, my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country minivan was vandalized in the rear parking lot. My passenger window was smashed, and the DVD console that is built into our dashboard was stolen. The general manager comped our guestroom, but I have to pay for my insurance's $500 deductible.

Had the opportunity to visit Detroit again, and stayed in this Fairfield Inn again. Again was thrilled with the level of commitment to customer satisfaction the staff provides. Margaret at the front desk was an excellent host! Pool was warm, room was cool, breakfast was satisfying. If we have the opportunity to go to Detroit again, this will be our... More

Top notch customer service. Ray, the hotel manager is second to none. Conveniently located at 14 mile and I-75 PLUS across the parking lot to Twin Peaks. If you haven't eaten dinner there, you are missing out.(similar to a tilted kilt, but better).

This hotel looks like it was a different hotel chain originally. The ground floor rooms are entered from the outside. No apparent entry from inside the hotel. The lobby and dining are what you usually find in a Fairfield Inn. The dining area was good for us. The hostesses kept the breakfast food filled. And they were very accommodating when... More

I stayed at this Fairfield Inn while in the area for business. It is a mid-range hotel, although a little on the low end for a Fairfield Inn. The layout is like a motel, with rooms opening to the outside parking lot. My colleague complained about the noise from the parking lot and freeway. The rooms are small, dated, and... More

No frills, old hotel. Layout is odd-- elevator entrance is outside the lobby doors, lobby layout is so awkward that it makes breakfast uncomfortable. Service isn't special, but passable. That being said, this hotel is probably OK. It's reasonably priced, in a safe location if you need to be in that area, and is relatively clean. This hotel is nothing... More
