We booked early in the season, and got a great rate on one of their deluxe rooms, which was said to be a little larger and we felt would be better for our three night stay. Upon arrival, we were not given the deluxe level room we booked. First we were told that we didn't book the higher level room,... more

Motel was very nice . Staff was friendly. We had an end room on the first floor. Room was a bit cozy. Looks like they might have two double beds in there so time ago. The room now has two queen size beds. The space between the two beds and the distance to wall of both the beds was a... more

This Hotel is in an execellent location if you don't want the lake front. It is right on the main street, so you can walk to everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. A free cold breakfast in the morning is also nice. There is a pool, but we did not use it. more

The hotel was great for the price. There was no refrigerator or coffee maker. Nor was there a delux hot breakfast. At best cold cereal, toast, biscuits and something called gravy. Hotel was clean and the location was great. We could walk to everything. more

Stayed overnight on way to Grand Hotel. Room was clean and the location was perfect. It is on Central Avenue , one block form Mackinaw Crossings, a great shopping mall with food and entertainment. Also just one block from Sheplar's Ferry to Mackinac Island. Priced at hotels.com for a Saturday, July 4th at only $70, a great value. more

Stayed during the summer, and overall it was nice place. Right in downtown close to everything. Hotel had everything like all the better hotels in town, free breakfast with an outdoor patio that was great to lounge around. Clean and comftable, just what you expect in a hotel. more

Battered toilet seat, no towel bar in sink area, no fridge, and these aren't the worst of it. Asked for extra towels and was given an incredulous expression from front desk. All towels were old & frayed as well as a dark color. Clear sign as mentioned before that bleach is not a factor in cleanliness here. Very unhappy that... more

We chose this hotel for the location, which was good; but everything else was bad. Would not stay here again. We paid extra for a King bed, which was rock hard! The walls are paper thin and we were kept up all night by the people upstairs and next door to our room. The front desk staff was not friends,... more

We took a weekend bike trip up to Mackinaw and stayed at the Courtyard Inn Mackinaw. We could not have asked for a better location or comforable stay. The hotel was right in downtown on the main street. Perfect location for anyone who wants to walk to everything. We parked our bikes when we got there, and did'nt have to... more

We spent 2 nights here and 1 rainy day. Fortunately, the room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We had a King room, which included a leather couch and easy chair. Both were new and comfortable. We decided not to visit Mackinac Island because of the weather. Instead, we drove tp Saulte Ste Marie and saw the Locks, a very... more
