Mold. Yes mold everywhere. Our family stayed in a suite with beach access and it was terrible. Tried to cover the musty smell by buying air freshners so my family would be more comfortable. After the first night I noticed green round circles of mold on the baseboard trim everywhere. Fresh paint covered the wall only 2ft up then stopped.... more

Been readin the reviews here. See things haven't changed since we stayed there two summers ago. Rooms were nice, but the cleaning crew was AWFUL. I agree with others. There are many other nice properties on the water in MCity. Stay at them. more

We made this reservation in late April knowing that July 4th is a difficult weekend to get reservations. It seemed like a good deal -- too good. Travelled extensively and always choose 2 or 3 star motels for an overnight stay but this one should not have 2 stars. -needs bed linens without holes -needs curtains without hotels needs chairs on the balcony ...or something! -the 1/2 size bar fridge is too small for anything -would like some kind of coffee percolator -a microwave would be helpful... more

This property is privately owned. The owners have very little ethics, and apparently do not care if they offend guest or change the deal that they agreed to mid-stay. Our stay was outragious. CAUTION: THE WATER PARK IS SMALL WITH ONLY SPRAYING WATER AND ONLY OPEN FROM 3 P.M. TO 10 P.M. Beach was not maintained and only had room for a half dozen chairs.
