We stayed here for a couple of nights in the summer and while it was within walking distance of almost everything, it lacked real charm. It felt like more of a hotel than an inn though we have no real complaints.

We stayed at the Metivier Inn in October and it was a WONDERFUL experience!!! The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities one could need. We also enjoyed the home cooked breakfast every morning and the afternoon cookies and tea. The Metivier Inn is also within walking distance of the Ferry and downtown area.

This was our 10th year staying at Metivier Inn and it just keeps getting better. The management and the staff are outstanding and make you feel at home at all times. If you do not stay at this fantastic B&B you are missing out on something special.

Amazing service. We got caught in the rain our first day and the owners washed, dried and foleded my clothes for me... Amazing.
