Be very careful if making reservation online. Confirm your reservation several times, making sure everything is accurate. Customer service was poor at front desk. Restaurants are extremely overpriced. Pool and hot tubs in poor condition and not cleaned regularly. Watch out for the bats in the lobby and hallways. more
