The rooms were so tiny we couldn't even open a suitcase with out putting it on the bed. Doors were hallow, loose and have large gaps so you could hear EVERYTHING all night long. There is room for a few people to eat in the breakfast area (which was slim pickings also). The bathroom shower barely had room to move... More

We love to sit on the balcony and watch the Badger come and go, or walk out to the lighthouse and wave at the passengers. While my husband and son watch a movie in our room, I spend time at the heated outdoor pool, while watching the action at the waterfront. The continental breakfast is awesome, and the breakfast room... More

Stayed there twice - once at the beginning of our week's vacation and again near the end of it. This is not your $250+ a night luxury resort - this is a great hotel with a great location for the $100-$125 a night crowd. CLEAN. SPACIOUS. The view of the sunset over the harbor with the lighthouse - breathtaking! Watch... More

Tiny, outdated room, uncomfortable bed, heater didn't work and there was a gale blowing off Lake Michigan. Too expensive for what was there, though in the plus side was clean. However, we won't stay there again unless improvements are made. Understand it has just changed hands, so maybe there's hope.

This was my second visit to Snyder's, my first visit having been in August 2011. Since then, there has been a change in ownership and management, but no change in the overall excellent quality of a stay at Snyder's. The rooms are generally decorated in a "colonial decor, which is fine with me, and are extremely clean, and I found... More

This place is your typical old school motel. First the good - location, location, location. It is located right across the street from Lake Michigan. Stay on the first floor facing the lake. Those rooms have outside patios - very relaxing to sit and look at the water and the light house. It's just over a mile round trip to... More

We stayed one night in a room with two double beds. We were in a first floor balcony room and could see Lake Michigan and the pier from our room. We also got to see the SS Badger leaving for Wisconsin. Our Room was clean and beds were comfy. It is in a Nice location close to the beach and... More

Booked this room 2 months before Labor Day. We took the cruise on the Badger and it was so convenient. We got the queen standard room, which didn't have pictures on the website. Big mistake! That's because it was room 141 and it was the size of a large closet and overlooked the parking lot/entry door. The tiny chairs by... More

Very nice, clean Lakeside Hotel. King Suite was very nice with a private patio. Breakfast area was small but cute!! Very enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly and personable!! Great view of the lake and within walking distance of everything.

Looking for a place in Ludington with a view of Lake Michigan and this met the criteria. The hotel has rooms that face the lake and the second floor rooms have balconies. There is a public parking lot across the street and a boat launch. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable and a jacuzzi tub that is clean. Balcony has... More
