We left a portable DVD player sitting up on the clothing rack. We left our room to play tourist for a few hours. Later that evening we wanted to put on a DVD for our 2 year old. The player was no where to be found. The only other person that had access to our room was the maid. The... more

Had reservations for 2 nights in mid August of 2009. Ludington CVB website had description of motel as a "smoke free facility". I also asked when I called the motel and was told it was a "smoke free facility". We were unable to sit on our patio or keep our patio door open in our room as our neighbors were... more

While we are a smoke free facility, smoking guests have the privilege of smoking on the grounds.

Clean, quite and comfortable. Very nice considerate owners & staff. They were going to clean the carpet in the hallway in front of our original room and as I am allergic to many cleaning products, they moved us to another wing into a much larger room at no extra cost. They were extremely helpful and the place was spotless. more

We were at the end of our trip and stayed here before returning "down below" to southern MI. We did not have reservations and were just looking for a place to stay. I liked the location near the water and took a chance. What a wonderful delight!! The person at the desk was so nice and personable. The room in... more

Room decor was nice. We booked the category 7, top of the line room. Not worth the price. Room smelled musty and bed was like sleeping on a rock. When we told owners only offered to give us a gift certificate. Would not go back so we didn't take the gift certificate. We reserved 2 nites expecting a 236.00 a... more

Beds, like pillows, are a very personal thing. Some people like soft, some firm, and so on. Our beds are 5 star Serta mattresses. They are the best Serta has to offer for hotels.

This was our 2nd stay at the Snyder's Shoreline & they fulfilled expectations. If you are looking for a quiet, cozy or romantic stay, then this is your place. I highly recommend the lake view rooms, even though they are a little more pricey than the other hotels. The staff is warm, friendly & helpful. The pool is above average,... more

We came on the Fourth of July, without a reservation. The hostess was very friendly and offered us a handful of options, from rather inexpensive to a bit pricey. We chose a room with a deck and view of the lake (one of the more pricey options we had). Truthfully, there is a parking lot (for the public boat ramp)... more

The Inn is a pleasant place and we had a nice, clean room. The room was spacious - we had an end unit on the first floor. While it was a bit too cool to enjoy the balcony, it was nice to be out on for short periods of time, I tend to stay at hotels, so this was a... more

Returning from a long road trip from Minnesota to Boston, stopping off before taking the ferry across Lake Michigan and home, I was looking for something other than the inland Ludington offerings. I am a water person and wanted to be near Lake Michigan. My room was reasonable ($119), clean, and on the lake side. Even though a parking lot... more
