My husband and I have stayed at Greiner Motel three separate times. It is a very clean & quiet place to rest your head . The owners are very kind & you can tell that they are not just running this motel to make money. We will keep returning to this motel when ever we plan a vacation to Ludington.

Small "mom and pop" drive up to your door motel. Room was spotlessly clean and a great value in a tourist town where rooms are super expensive. Staff (owners on site) were very nice and helpful. We got extra pillows and the use of a hairdryer when we asked. Coffee in the morning was great. Will stay here again. Nice... More

This family owned motel is minimalist- no hair dryer, no clock radio, no fridge, no free breakfast and a fat screen TV, and our room was quite small with only a double bed, but it is very, very tidy and has everything you need. They clearly put money into maintainance. My only complaint is that the curtains and blinds are... More

Be ready to go back to the 1950 here. This is a place to rest your head for the night, nothing more. The room was SMALL and had NO amenities at all. If you are ready for this, it is a great place. Otherwise, beware. Good value for the price, however.

This place just squirts out mom and pop out of every pore. About the only bad thing is no wifi, and maybe kinda tiny bathrooms. but otherwise for around 55 bucks it's OK.. and the pens...what can you say about the pens...take em, take more than one..they're the nicest motel pens I've ever walked away with. It's comfy, near the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights (7/3-7/5) and were pleased. Had a frig and microwave, air conditioner worked great, and the staff were prompt and friendly. Will stay at the GM again. Dennis & Beth Dewitt, Michigan

Reminded me of traveling with my family in the late 50's before the mass of chain motels. Very clean, updated bedding and spacious rooms including artistic painted benches outside our room. Pleasure to deal with the staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at Greiner Motel. The woman that we dealt with (the owner) was warm and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The next time we come to Ludington, we will certainly stay here again.

We stayed here 5 years before on a motorcycle trip home to St Paul, MN from the Finger Lakes area of NY. It's quiet, exceedingly clean, and decorated like my great-grandma's apartment,. For one night we paid $80+ and wireless internet was only available in the office that closed at 9:00. Coffee is available in the morning only but if... More
