I am a previous Haytt Place employee so let's get that out of the way. Reserving was super easy at Hyatt.com. I had the friends and family rate which was $40 cheaper than the nightly rate. We arrived after 11pm but had called ahead to let them know. Gallery Host was very nice and check in was quick. Room was... More

I booked via a 3rd party website and was told by Ashley that my king room which I paid extra for was not valid. Very disappointing since I am a frequent Hyatt traveler and have stayed in other Hyatt Place hotels. Also, even more disappointing since I checked in with 2 toddlers at 9pm. I felt stuck with no recourse

my company booked me at the Hyatt Place as we have our office close by. Staff were very friendly, rooms very big and spacious, good breakfast and it's situated in a good location with plenty of restaurants and one-stop stores. Big Plus: we were stranded due to rain in a close by store and after we called they picked us... More

We checked in easy enough for a large group for a softball tournament we're playing in. While the hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the fields, we didn't get to pick this one - we were assigned here. I think we're paying around $100/night. Quite a deal given the suite we ended up in. We have a living area with... More

We stayed at the Hyatt Place, and found the hotel to be very nice, clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Nice size room with a refrigerator, sofa and sitting area. If I had any "issue" it was the room did not get cold with the air conditioner set at 50 degrees, the pillows were small for a king-size bed -... More

Across from my companies headquarters so the location for me is awesome. The place is pretty new so as you can imagine, nothing is worn out. It is very clean and the rooms are a good size. They have work desks as well as a seating area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and while I have stayed at several Hyatt Places previously, this one executes the concept well. Our King-sized room, was nicely furnished, and even featured a recently remodeled shower. The staff went out of there way to make our stay special, especially appreciated, given how full they were with a very large... More

Me and the girls decided to have a staycation. We stayed here and it was awesome. location is great as well as the staff. You are located near plenty of restaurants for dining and drinks. We later returned to the room, which has a dining area sectional that lets out to a bed and 2 queen size beds. When retuning... More

This hotel is a must-stay if you're in the area. I know when we were looking for a hotel, there were a TON to choose from, but I'm so glad we chose this one! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful (I was a little annoyed at first upon arrival at having to wait at an unattended front desk,... More

Thank you so much to everyone for making this such a nice stay. I was in town about 6 months ago for a funeral and everyone was so hospitable and kind. When I returned again 6 months later the remembered me and made me feel so welcome to be back. Cody is amazing, he went out of his way to... More
