What a find! On our way down state from Cheboygan, we headed to Lexington for an extra day of vacation to antique shop in the area. I had researched a few B&B's on the Lake to Lake B&B site, but didn't call them until we were almost in town. Pat sounded so welcoming on phone and offered a tour. One... More

Captain Ron and his lovely wife Pat should be in line for the most welcoming B&B hosts. We stayed in the cutest and cleanest garden cottage for one night, but wished we'd been able to stay longer. It had a super strong shower, great toiletries and fluffy towels. Thanks to a recommendation from the Captain we ate at Steice's. (Try... More

The Captain's Quarters Inn is a very charming place. Although we did not stay at the Inn, we took photos for a couple that were married there. The grounds were very well manicured and presented an excellent atmosphere for the wedding and photos. There were also opportunities for photos at the nearby harbor and beaches. Ron and Pat, the owners,... More

My husband and I had never stayed at a B&B before. We had heard a lot of good things about B&Bs, but also a lot of horror stories. The Captain's Quarters Inn was wonderful. They set the bar very high and I think we will be hard pressed to find other Inns that measure up. The room, as was the... More

My husband and I own a B&B in Virginia and are very picky about where we stay. We ran away from home, leaving an Inn Sitter, and booked into The Captain's Quarters Inn. What a gem of a B&B! It is spotless. Pat and Ron do a great job of running this charming old home. Every amenity was provided -bottled... More

Ron and Pat have done a wonderful job keeping the Inn in perfect condition and they tend to all of your needs. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious and there is always plenty of food. You never want for snacks, coffee, tea, cold bottled water, etc. They make you feel like family! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be... More

My wife and I stayed at Captain's Quarters to attend a concert at the local Lexington Music Theater, which is a fantastic, intimate venue to see performers. Ron and Pat, the owners of the Inn were gracious hosts providing us with all the comforts of home without any of the responsibilities. They have a wonderful front porch where you can... More

My wife and I contacted Pat at Captains Quarters for a last minute overnight stay; luckily they had a room available. This is not the first time that we have stayed at the inn with Pat and Ron the owners and caretakers. We usually plan way in advance for our stays. As always the place is very elegant yet comfortable.... More

We stayed with Pat & The Captain on our pan American Motorcycle adventure. We stayed in the cottage at the rear of the property. Fantastic. A great location, wonderful atmosphere with the best breakfast we ate in 11000 miles. If your passing on your travels, make sure you anchor up at the Inn. Bill & Katrina England
