I went to Lansing for a one night stay during a convention. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They did give my reserved room away but made it right by giving me an upgraded suite room at no extra charge. The room was not cleaned well. There was hair in the tub, many burned out light bulbs and garbage... more

Our company star truck rental had their annual Christmas party at your hotel and we wanted to say how much we enjoyed the friendly staff and the wonderful room with the excellent bed. I have never stayed in any hotel and got up the next morning without stiffness in my joints from sleeping on a rock like bed before. We... more

What happened to this property? I stayed here about 15 years ago, for a conference. At the time, I thought it was okay. In April 2008, after arriving into our room...we found both beds to be filthy...with stained bedspreads with burns holes and other unknowns on them. The room was dusty with layers of dust and extremely dated. We called... more

The Radisson has an exclusive deal with the city to be the only hotel in the immediate downtown Lansing area, and it shows. The lack of competition results in an average hotel stay for an above average (by Lansing standards) rate. Our stay was adequate: Check in rather slow (one check-in person late on a Friday afternoon); the staff was... more

I loved my stay here. The front desk clerk made the checkin process smooth. She made me feel as I was the only guest. The hotel has valet so I didn't have to drag my luggage from the parking lot hoping I didn't loose anything. I was in town for business and everything was right there. The minor league baseball... more

I came to Lansing to spend the weekend with my daughter. I had only been checked in an hour when she had an injury and had to go to the emergency room. I called the front desk to ask about getting a taxi. The gentleman that took the call asked what the situation was and said just come to the... more

I should have read TripAdvisor ,which I always do when traveling, but this time a work associate recommended this hotel since it was near the office. First room was more outdated than any hotel I have stayed in the last 10 years. I asked for a more updated room and was given one with a sleep number bed and new... more

it wasn't at all what we were expecting. we didn't get a sleepnumber bed, nor a renovated room. their website indicated that all rooms both had a sleepnumber bed AND were renovated. outdated, not clean. service was mediocre. a disappointment for sure. ESPECIALLY for the high price!!! more

My husband, son and I spent four nights at the Radisson, only because it was convenient to the Lansing Convention center. The first room we were given was dirty and had a terrible odor, so we asked for another room. The second room did not have as terrible an odor, but the room was quite dirty. When we pulled the... more

I booked this room through Hotwire and thought I was getting a good deal on a "3-star" hotel. Unfortunately, I was wrong. My room was coated with dust, the bedspread had holes in it, and the air conditioner just couldn't keep up. Also, from what I can tell, the Lansing Radisson puts its Hotwire guests in the run-down rooms that... more
