OMG, this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I had bed bugs all over the following morning and when I explained it to Michelle at the front desk, she said 'we don't have bedbugs". I said that I would report this place to the health department and STate and she said, "GO AHEAD, [--]". In front of... more

We are English tourists on our 11th visit to the States staying at 10-12 hotels each visit - but this was the worst hotel we have ever experienced. Alarms bells started to ring when we arrived as there were weeds 2ft tall between the cracks in the car park. The member of staff on reception was too interested in watching... more

We stayed here one night on the way home. Hotel was literally empty except for about10 cars. It is a big hotel but really needs updating. Also, this was only one out of 14 hotels we stayed in that did not have any breakfast. It is also the only one that charged room damage insurance - what is that??? Although... more

My room was quite adequate for a couple of nights for a conference. It is not a luxury hotel. Carpeting might be a bit shabby & there was a little mildew on some of the shower grouting (that happens at home too). My bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, there were plenty of soft pillows, the bathroom and towels... more

Among other things I was awoken at 3:30 in the morning (2 hours before I had to be up to catch a flight) because I "didn't pay for the 2nd night." Well it wasn't my fault that the guy who checked me in only charged me for one night--how was I to know I wouldn't be charged at checkout? When... more

The entire hotel reaks of cigarette smoke. The room was digustingly dirty (found other people's hair, a used bar of soap in the shower, stains in the carpet which also appeared unvacuumed, etc). We could hear music from the bar in our room. To be fair though, the bed was comfortable and the sheets appeared clean. more

We arrived in the hotel parking lot at 10:30pm (after a very long day) to the sounds of a loud bar located on the main level of the hotel. We checked in and paid up front--$67, not bad for one night's stay. We should have known we would get what we paid for! Arriving in our room, we found it... more

Dirty. Filthy. Think of the old jokes about "rent by the hour" and you get pretty close. Low class place. more

This place advertises itself as a hotel, with all of the trimmings. It SOOOO is not!! They have nothing. Not even a pool. All of the good reviews are written by people that work there. There is nothing great about this [--] hole. I had my entire family with me. We all had a bad experience. more

I can not believe this place calls itself a hotel/conference center! This place is all everyone says and more! It is filthy dirty, no service, and there are people running up and down the halls all night long. So add frightening to the experience. Avoid this place at all costs. more
