This hotel was very clean, staff well trained and helpful, rooms were very comfortable and the bed was nice. Room included a free breakfast which exceeded our expectations. I recommend this hotel withour reservation for business or pleasure travel more

I recommended this hotel to my extended family for our family reunion. I deeply regret it, it is now 2:15 in the morning. Another family reunion is going on here now, and that family is still up partying, slamming doors, smoking in the nonsmoking hotel, and I have made hourly calls to the staff, who seems unable to deal with... more

We stayed one night that ended up costing double the price. All seemed to be fine as we left on our checkout and we returned home. A few days later Springhill Suites charged our credit card for an additional $140.00. When we called to find out why there was an additional charge, we were accused of stealing a comforter and... more

Stayed here recently for the Michigan State/ND game. We were able to get the AAA rate and booked suite with the King Bed. The room was fairly spacious and it was a great deal for the price. IT is very close to the highway, but is tucked away enough so that you do not hear much noise. It is also... more

No negative comments at all. Reminded me of the Country Inn and Suites, as far as the set-up. Highly recommend it. Eat at Carrabba's down the road! Yum! more

Stayed for four nights, Saturday-Tuesday. Good: well kept, nice mattress, good shower pressure, clean. Decent breakfast. Computer with free internet in lobby. Negatives: Only 1 slow elevator---meaning guests and maids use the same one! Being they have 104 rooms and three floors, that makes about 70 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor----lots of waiting for the elevator. Long hallways,... more

I stayed at this hotel with my family on a Friday night to for a quick local get-a-way. This hotel seems like it would cater to business people, but on the weekends mostly families. The pool was pretty small (and well chlorinated), but my kids had a blast in there. The hot tub was nice too. I took advantage of... more

BUYER BEWARE!! We stayed at this hotel for two nights the weekend of October 19th and 20th. First impressions revealed what seemed to be a nice hotel with a friendly staff. So far, so good. Upon entering our room we were overwhelmed with the strong smell of cigarettes. This is suppose to be a non-smoking hotel!! Also, we found candy... more

For a new hotel we had a disappointing stay. The fridge didn't work. The shower/bath tub was dirty. Very noisy children running up and down the hall all hours of the night and the staff didn't seem to care, even after we called to report it several times. Pool was small but clean. Breakfast was the best I've ever had... more

We stayed two nights here for a little spring break get-away. Nice, new property. Our king room with pull out sofa was perfect for our family. We had a lot of trouble with the microwave and the fridge working properly and the hotel was rather noisy, but all in all it was a fairly nice place to stay. more
