Beds were old, terrible sleep . TV was old, no ABC. Shower and bath needed some TLC. No fridge or microwave in room. Nice that the hotel was non-smoking but when you walk outside th eemployees smoke was awful.

We get a great rate here as part of group pricing so for $85 for a two room suites I love it. The room has fridge and micro with two TV's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room which has a fold out sofa. TV's are older but that was no big deal for us.

I was a little leery about booking here after reading a few of the reviews.. but I'm glad we ended up here on a chance. My husband and I needed to book a last minute trip to the area, and as it turned out is was Lansing's MSU graduation weekend! Yikes! Almost 3 weeks prior to the date, 99% of...

Room was clean & quiet. Beds were comfortable. The room design was odd - the doors for bedroom & bath collided. Not much channel selection on cable. Breakfast was standard mass produced fare that passes for food. The dining area was way too small. The pool heat was not working and was very cold and chlorine was way too strong.
This was our second and most likely last time staying here. The room was average, but what made this review poor were the following: The televisions in both areas were Zenith brand, and they had no way to adjust the contrast, brightness, or color. The picture was way too dark while watching TV shows, and way too bright during the...

I stayed two nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Second night I arrived midnight and wanting a good 8 hours sleep. Was interrupted by the alarm clock at 4 a.m. Room service had failed to turn it off. Sleep was ruined. I spoke to the desk clerk the next day and was told, "Sorry."
Clean, spacious. Had a room with two queen beds with a front room with sofa pull out and arm chair and work table for wifi laptop. Microwave and mini fridge and large bathroom. Sheryl at front desk was very helpful and friendly. She even lent me window cleaner and a towel to clean my dirty car windows. Dinner/Bar restaurant (R-Club)...

We were in lansing for meetings and outside activities and were really looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. we were not informed of the hot tub not being available when we...

Typically when we have a convention in town we stay at the connected hotel but this year we thought we'd try a few miles away and we were very happy with our choice. From the downtown convention center it's just a few exits down (hotel is exit 1, convention center exit 5) which just took minutes and we found little...

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel and once again were pleased that we chose a Country Inn & Suites hotel. We have never been disappointed by our stays at Country Inns and the hotel in Lansing lived up to our expectations. Clean, comfortable and welcoming with a great, friendly staff; nice breakfast selection, comfortable room and...
