Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We have a big family so we booked the two bedroom family suite so our family could stay together instead of having to get two rooms. It also had a kitchen which was a bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious free continental breakfast which... More

We really loved the two-bedroom suite at Country Inn & Suites. It is ideal for travelling with little ones. Having a separate kitchen and sitting room worked really well for staying up late to visit with friends while our children were sleeping. This hotel is very clean and friendly. The pool is a great way to refresh after a long... More

Our room was huge (2 doubles). The place was clean even though they were doing renovations. The breakfast was okay. Disappointed the second morning because I had to get the front desk staff to get forks and clean tables. She said the staff was cleaning windows because it had been slow. I get that you want the most out of... More

We spent two nights at the Country Inn while in town for MSU Freshman Orientation. The junior suite was very clean and quiet. Shortly after we had settled in, the front desk staff called to make sure that everything was OK in our room. Check in was quick, the wi-fi access was easy. The TV and refridgerator could, both, be... More

I stayed in a two bedroom suite with other members of my family who had traveled from various states to attend a wedding. I was most pleasantly surprised to find the windows opened FULLY in the rooms and was able to pull in fresh air - a real sticking point for me. Someone else had made the reservations so I... More

When booking our room for our convention downtown they didn't have regular rooms available and since their hot tub room still priced less than the Radisson downtown we gave it a whirl. The jacuzzi is a large "in the room type" jacuzzi. My husband has some health issue and we have a large tub at home to help him with... More

We visited this hotel for our anniversary in December (a surprise set up by my husband in advance). Very nice accommodations and decorated beautifully for Christmas (our anniversary is December 21st). Breakfast was adequate with quite a variety of choices. That weekend, the pool was closed for repairs, so that was a letdown. Since this was set up ahead of... More

We decided to stay here for a night away with two children to use the pool during Spring break. The room was nice, everything was very clean (although the room didn't smell good), and was well-stocked with towels/extra pillows/etc. The breakfast was adequate and offered a variety of items suitable to any taste. The carpeting needs to be updated, and... More

I do like this hotel: clean, good breakfast, nice staff, and I always enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day's work. Unfortunately, they no longer have a hot tub! That means I may just have to find a different hotel when I'm in Lansing. Totally bummed!

The hotel is in general need of updating. The carpet is worn through in many places and the woodwork needs repairs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate. The bed was comfortable. The heater was efficient.
