I am a Catholic priest who highly recommends this bed and breakfast. I needed a place to stay in Lansing at the last minute, and Diane could not have been more flexible and helpful. It was a great little place to stay. I was there for one night on my way through Lansing. The breakfast was delicious and Diane is... More

My partner and I stayed at the Cozy Koi when we went to Lansing to look for an apartment. I cannot begin to explain the wonderful service we received. Diane stayed awake late to so we could arrive after midnight. Our room was beautiful and we had a private balcony. And it was incredibly affordable. Plus, breakfast was wonderful -... More

The husband and I stayed one night for our son's graduation from MSU. It is a good location a block from the Capitol and only about 5 miles from campus. The price was definitely reasonable and the breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and bed comfy. Husband did not like bathroom being across hall. There are no locks... More

Comfortable, convenient, and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return. Diane is a gracious and generous host. The Africa room is well appointed. Breakfast was delicious.

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times as both of our children attended MSU. It feels much more like going home than going back to a hotel. It's actually in Lansing in a real neighborhood and close to so many things. The innkeeper knows Lansing very well and is a good resource for things to do and places... More

We have stayed at the Cozy Koi many times when visiting our children at Michigan State University. The accommodations are pleasant, clean, private and quiet. Diane is a wonderful host and a great cook. She always asks your menu preferences ahead of time and serves a delicious breakfast that will sustain you well past lunch time! A variety of room... More

We stayed a night on valentines day, fittingly in the "Place in the Heart" room. It was very cozy and relaxing. The absence of a TV in our room was actually refreshing (there's an area downstairs where you can watch TV if you want). It's in a great location, close to downtown/old town, we went out for some drinks and... More

I really liked the place. I came to Lansing on business and it was a nice change of pace during the winter! Room was clean. Service was great. Nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. I like unique places and have stayed in other B&B's in Michigan and in the midwest. Thanks to Diane for making my stay hassle free.

I loved my stay at cozy koi! The hostess Diane is so generous and cooks the best breakfast. The house is lovely filled with all sorts of antique furniture I've never encountered before. The rooms are all differently themed and you can tell a lot of time and effort was involved to put them together. Next time I come back,... More

We stayed nine days. The hostess, Diane, was gracious and makes the greatest French toast, bar none; one of the best B&B breakfasts we've had. The building is an elegant old house, and the location is great, within walking distance of the Capitol building and of Old Town. And there really are kois in the backyard. Highly recommended.
