This Bed and Breakfast was what I was hoping for. Diane was a very nice, gracious host who made our stay welcoming and comfortable. The Lilac Room was perfect for our needs and my daughter and I loved it; the attached sitting room with refrigerator and microwave were a plus and it was great spending time on the the accessible deck/ balcony. The breakfasts were good and Diane was very accommodating. The visitors were friendly and nice to chat with. I enjoyed the location, easy access to where we needed to go, and the free parking was hidden from public view; it made me more comfortable and was safe. Overall, I will stay here again, I loved it.

What a welcome respite the Cozy Koi is! I can't remember how many times I've visited, but the owner, Diane, remains wonderfully hospitable and a most welcoming hostess. I arrived the night a nearby tornado took out her historic oak tree. Rather than ignoring me, she set aside that act of God occurrence and focused on preparing one of the best breakfast's I've ever had. The other couple visiting had a dietary restriction that she effortlessly accommodated and I assure you no one left hungry, or wanting, of her delicious home made zucchini bread. Additionally, Diane was helpful in recommending Lansing attractions to include on my visit. As a Lansing Ambassador, Diane is a Jill of all trades: a divine proprietress, Lansing aficionado, culinary expert and Realtor extraordinaire. You'll be in more than capable hands.…

Surprisingly good! From the outside you wouldn’t be able to imagine the inside deco and the experience you will have inside. The innkeeper Diana is very charming and quickly engaged into enjoyable conversations about Lansing, pets, plants etc. We were “ hotel people” but this experience changed our view about B&Bs. The breakfast was superb and truly “home made”. We are planning the next visit already!

Very comfortable room with all the amenities. Diane is a superb host and was able to accommodate my dietary needs without a blink. Teddy, the house mascot, is very sweet and loves attention. I would definitely recommend the Cozy Koi over a Lansing hotel anytime! Very close to the Convention Center. Thank you, Diane.

My friends and I stayed here when we came into town for an MSU vs UofM football game. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Diane (host) and the other guests were all friendly and breakfast was plentiful and filling and tasty! The rooms had unique decorations so you definitely felt the care she took to style each room differently. I’d highly recommend this place to others!

I absolutely loved staying here. I was working the comedy club in town and the cozy koi felt like a home away from home. The owner is delightful, the breakfast is wonderful and the decor is fantastic. Would highly recommend!

The Cozy Koi is a delightful inn full of character and beauty. The rooms were clean and inviting, the bed comfortable. Diane is a gracious and accommodating hostess and Teddy the dog was a polite and very well behaved pup. Stop in and enjoy the atmosphere, conversation, and hearty home prepared breakfast. Our meal included fresh fruit, juices, coffee, tea, homemade jam, sourdough toast, fresh zucchini bread, baked egg casserole, sausage, etc.

Diane was an amazing host who made a delicious homemade breakfast. Our room was tidy and very clean, her dog was delightful and we had all access hours as we were there for a concert and stayed out late. We would definitely go back!!
