We stayed one night at the Staybridge Suites in Kentwood. We were particularly interested in this hotel because they have two bedroom/two bath suites. The front desk personnel were very generous and let us check in a few hours early. This is a 3 story building and we were assigned a suite on the second floor (room 208). The layout... more

I appreciated everything about my stay and could become a Staybridge Groupie. The room was spacious, the kitchen allows preparing your own meals. The breakfast provided was very good and the evening buffet adequate. The problem I did have was with reservations. I stayed 2 weeks, checked out for the weekend but made arrangements at the desk to return on... more

We've stayed here twice as we were in town for weddings. We would go back again. Each time we stayed in a one bedroom studio. It had a king size bed and kitchenette. High speed wireless internet is available. One thing I would recommend to those who are going to stay here is to turn the fan on in the... more

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The pros: nice big rooms, friendly staff, good location. The cons: we found some stranger's stinky shirt still hanging in the closet and some water bottles and trash under the bed. When the neighbors flushed their toilet it woke us up. more

We stayed here in a 1-bedroom suite this summer. We loved it - the staff was great and the free breakfast/dinner was a nice bonus. They have a nice outdoor seating area and pool that we enjoyed sitting by in the evenings. The downside is that the suite is a bit small if staying for a long period and there... more

Breakfast and Dinner included for the price - it was a good deal. The room was large, well equipped and clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare a meal - including a proper cooktop. The dinner provided was not gourmet, but it was good enough. The outdoor pool was a little cold - but the kids did not... more

I thought this hotel was very clean and the breakfast that we had was much better than most. The staff was great but my issue was with the drapes in the suites. They were 2 lined panels hung on each side of the window. You could not cover the window unless you had just happened to bring say maybe -... more

The blackout drapes are located behind the sheers, which are behind the decorative lined panels on either side of the window. Blackout drapes that cover the entire window are in every room and on every window.

We stayed here for 2 weeks this summer and booked a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. It was very comfortable and clean and just what we needed. The staff were very helpful. There is a great buffet breakfast every morning and a free meal most evenings. The rates are fantastic if you are staying more than 7 nights. There... more

This hotel is my first choice when staying in Grand Rapids for business and is quickly booked up about one week ahead of time. The rooms are all clean and well decorated. Although the hotel address is in Kentwood, it is on the Eastern border of Grand Rapids and very close to a mall and many different restaurants. I was... more
