ok, so I understand that econo lodge isn't supposed to be the flag ship. I got that. But this one really needs to try harder. Now wait! The staff is wonderful, the man who checked me in was wonderful, the woman that was behind the desk on Saturday night ran quickly when informed of the strange woman sleeping on a... More

When we checked in the young man at the front desk was filthy. His hands were extremely dirty and dirt packed under fingernails, it was disgusting. We went into a freezing cold room, the temperature was set at 54 degrees! I tried to turn the heat on in the room to warm it up but it would not kick on,... More

This hotel was in a decent area and didn't look too bad when we arrived although we were a bit disappointed the pool was closed for renovations. The room was average size and had 2 queen beds and flat screen TV. The bed mattresses appeared to be foam, they were very soft and fairly comfortable to sleep on... and that's... More

Best room rate around, but I know why. The room was showing its age. The pillows were so bad, like sleeping on a bag of rocks. The mattress, well I didn't sleep and ended up with a terrific back ache. Refrig was loud as well as noisy halls until 3:00am. The breakfast was less than what a continental breakfast offers.... After a recent storm our home was without power for five days. Thankfully, we received a great deal at this hotel for the four of us plus the dog. The physical amenities were decent, but the service was exceptional, especially from a young man at the desk named J.C. He took care of our reservation and all of our needs... More

We have stayed at this Econo Lodge at least eight times in the last few years. This will be are last time, the free breakfast consisted of dry ceral, toast and muffins. Coffee and orange juice to drink. The room was showing its age, mattress was uncomfortable. The help was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here on the way to Ann Arbor. Chose this hotel before leaving on the trip due to price point so was not expecting much. Stayed in a double king room. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, and appeared to be clean. (I don't carry a black light.) Hotel is dated, and has been beat up a bit. Breakfast selection is... More

We typically don't stay at 1 star hotels such as Econo Lodge, Motel 6, and etc. We generally stay at 2 star locations. So for under $60 I wasn't expecting a lot. We did have a large, clean (but dated and worn) room. The bathroom/shower/toilet area really looked worn with poor grout and stained areas. The beds were comfortable and... More
