It was awful. Where to start...The area is sketchy and unsettling, our room was way down an unsecured hall, in the back. Our toilet leaked terribly and we had to use all our towels to dry the floor. Then it clogged up and wouldn't flush at all. Their solution? Brought my husband a plunger. The shower curtain was moldy and... More

I stayed here because it was cheap and I was unfamiliar with the area (I am from Canada), but would absolutely not stay here again. Part of my reason for staying was the free wifi, which did not work - I would connect to the network and either signal strength would be too low or it would just be really... More

We stayed here because the Radisson and Comfort Inn were booked for the weekend of the Bell's 30th Anniversary Funvitational. It's $50/night. It's within walking distance (just under 2 miles) from downtown. Check-in was fast and friendly. This is the kind of motel where people live, which usually means it's the last stop before being officially homeless. The parking lot... More

There was not breakfast, which was disappointing, but the room was cheap and clean. They came and fixed our toilet, which wouldn't stop running, within about five minutes, which was great. The door also stuck sometimes. Had a terrible view, of another building right next door. The parking lot was a mess, needed to be salted and shoveled. My daughter... More

This is usually the cheapest hotel in Kalamzoo, but it is probably the most run-down of all national chains. It is not the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in, but it is very close. I'll spend some extra money next time, and stay at a Red Roof inn.

I saw the price and couldn't resist. I wish I would have! Our room was in the middle which had a door that was suppose to be key entry only to even get to the door which wouldn't lock. The room wasn't swept, there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. It was a place where I just didn't feel safe.... More

It's average but clean. rates are a bit high for a sunday when it was almost completely empty. Oh and don't expect anything for breakfast. vending is limited, decor is about what is expected for the price. Ok, I mean it was fine just not enough to write home about.

I am a regular visitor to the Knights Inn and Kalamazoo Michigan. I stay here for one, because my fiancé needs to catch a bus to work and its right on the busline he needs to take to work in the morning, two because the rooming house he stays in is men only. I make my reservations online and hold... More

The price was right, everything was clean and in working order. I have no complaints at all. I paid less for two nights than I would have paid for one at the Radisson where the barbershop convention was being held.

Stayed here and when I reserved a room, I said I needed to be on the ground level due to shattering my hip in a vehicle accident. When I checked in, they put me on the 2nd floor and per doctors orders of no climbing stairs, I had to go back in and ask for a bottom floor. They had... More
