Very nice hotel stay. It was clean, good breakfast, nice prices for Happy Hour, and still close enough to downtown Holland so getting to the Tulip Festival was and easy drive. Gotta love the warm cookie at arrival!

This DoubleTree provides a quality stay for a very reasonable price if you are visiting the Holland area. Easy access to the sights of the area. Clean and comfortable rooms and excellent service by staff.

This hotel's staff really impressed me on my stay. When I checked in (which was after midnight), the front desk staff was attentive, friendly, and great at acknowledging my HH status (I know that this is not always the easiest thing really late at night). Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are clean. Welcome cookie/coffee available in lobby (from pump dispensers). I love that the pool is separated by a glass door in an atrium-esque space. It has tables and lounge chairs. I would not want a room off the pool, personally, due to the noise, but that is my preference.

Was able to check in 2 hours earlier than regular check in time. Cookies were very good. Everyone was very friendly, every employee we passed in the lobby or halls spoke and was very nice. This hotel is not inexpensive. It is, however, a disappointment. When I was there, the hotel was full but the management apparently didn't add staff to handle the crowd. The restaurant served on plastic plates, the one front desk clerk could not manage a simple task without having to answer the phone repeatedly The building itself is dark and unwelcoming.... More

We had high expectations as this is a Hilton property, but upon arrival we were greeted with nothing at all to brag about. This is an older property and it is very evident everywhere you go throughout the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet, NOT a sit-down made-to-order. We had dinner in the lounge and it took about 45 minutes to get our food. There was only one person working the bar and serving. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again, but not get the breakfast or dinner.

Very nice hotel. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Originally chose this hotel for location but really liked the staff and would choose it again for that reason in addition to location and cleanliness of hotel.
