Stayed overnight enroute to an event. Hotel was alittle away from the attractions, but really only a short distance. Front desk staff was very nice. We had a room with two double beds and found it to be very, very, small. It was okay for one night with a family, but a longer stay would have been difficult. The pool... more

Easy-to-find location, super nice staff, lots of pillows on a comfortable bed, warm room decor, simple alarm clock, Neutrogena bath products and in-room fridge, microwave and coffee maker made this hotel a perfect stop as my teenage daughter and I were passing through town on a recent trip. This was a lower price option but I feel like we got... more

My husband and I stayed at the Doubletree Hotel this weekend. We were in town for the tulip festival. The employees and the locals could not have been more friendly. Our room was clean. Bathrooms are a little small. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool. It did get noisy from kids in the pool until 11:00PM when it... more

I spent a night on the Doubletree the week of January 12th. Despite bonechilling cold and a large snowfall, the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was nice, fairly clean but the bathroom was a little small. The Neutragena cosmetics were a nice bonus though. Dinner at the bar/restaurant was enjoyable, nothing great, just reasonably priced decent food.... more

Walking into the hotel, I was surprised with a warm "Welcome to the Doubletree greeting". It was late (after 1am) and I was greeted by a chubby jolly gentleman who rapidly proceseed my arrival. After parking my car, to my surpirse, was the same gentleman on the first floor awaiting my arrival with a baggage cart. He delivered 4 warm,... more

1) The cookies upon check-in were yummy, although were melting so we put them in the fridge and then they were perfect! 2) We stayed for 3 nights in a balcony room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. It was HOT on the balcony during the day. So hot I could barely breathe. But it is August. 3) We... more

We stayed in Rm 414 for 3 nights. It overlooked the pool, which we didn't use. We didn't eat at the hotel (room had a microwave and small fridge, and there is a grocery store [Meijer] close by [on Waverly]. For eating options, I'd head downtown. The hotel bathroom was small, but no complaints overall. Noise wasn't an issue-aside from... more

Stayed at the Doubletree for our first trip to Holland for beachgoing. The hotel was a little pricey but the options in Holland are not limitless. When checking in, the hotel didn't have rooms ready yet, so we waited and waited, but while waiting, they kept slashing the price of the room and also gave us breakfast coupons for free... more

My husband and I went to Holland for an extended weekend. After reading many reviews, we decided that the best "bang for the buck" was the Doubletree. The staff was very friendly and the room, though small, was clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The fridge and microwave were a really nice bonus. The only problem with this hotel, and... more

Really nice and clean, helpful people. Looks brand new but I think it's a refurbished holiday inn probably but you would think it was brand new. Everything was good. Restaurant and bar are nice and pool/ gym good. more
