My partner and I went back to Hart Michigan for Christmas this past year and opted to stay at the Budget Host instead of with Family. I found the hotel to be pretty much what i would expect in a small town. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable,the wireless internet never quit or kicked us off for no reason, when we needed extra towels there was someone bringing them very promptly, all in all it was a very enjoyable stay that way over met our expectations from a hotel in Hart. There was even a fridge in our room which a welcomed surprise. There is nothing fancy about this place and they don't offer a lot of amenities but a few weeks after my trip I received a thank you post card from the owners thanking me for my stay. I have worked for Hilton Hotels for going on six years and this place is nicer and cleaner than some of the Hilton Properties I have had to stay at.
