While exploring the Lake Michigan shore line towns in Michigan we spent a night at the Harbert House B&B. Nancy is a very cordial hostess and serves a delicious breakfast. She also gave us some great suggestions for dining the evening we were in the area. The B&B is about a mile from the beach, but quiet and convenient to... more

Our family had a get-together in Harbert and I arranged for my parents to stay at the Harbert House B & B. Nancy was a wonderful hostess. The rooms are lovely--all with their own bath. She was helpful with tips on the area too. Very convenient to Red Arrow Hwy. and the whole Harbert/Sawyer/Lakeside area. They loved the breakfasts she... more

Upon our arrival, there were freshly made hors'd oeuvres and she... more

We visited for 1 night in early May and are returning in 2 weeks time. We loved the place and in particular Nancy's hospitality. The rooms were newely refurbished, clean and bright and bathrooms spotless. The communial areas were great too. Best of all was the wine and canapies at 5 and the breakfast. The breakfast was not your "typical"... more

We stayed here and thought it was great! The location was excellent, right off Red Arrow. It was winter so we obviously didn't go to the beach, but we did drive down the road towards it and it couldn't have been more than a 1 minute drive. The owner said it's about a 20 minute walk. The rooms are modern... more

We stayed at Harbert House and the nicest thing about it is the rooms...they were wonderfully clean and updated. The private bathrooms are great. It was in a convenient location and the staff was nice. They offered wine and some food during a happy hour time...but the food offered was a tuna brushetta? Really...a tuna brushetta? Not exactly something that... more
