I spent 2 weeks in MI with my 3 young children and I was 7 months pregnant at the time. I had prebooked accommodation at another hotel where I had stayed on prior trips, and it was a disaster!! With new owners it has completely turned into a rats nest. So, after 2 weeks of misery it was time to... more

I'm actually writing this from the Grandville Days Inn on the last night of our 4 night stay. This has been a delightful experience. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean and welcoming. The price is definitely right and we've just learned there is a special one-week rate that we will avail ourselves of at another time.... more

My wife and I stayed two nights at this hotel and were pleased with our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, we especially liked the jacuzzi. Our only complaint was the lack of DVD player or pay per view movies. Being close to the highway made the location convenient. There was a mall and a... more

We stayed here three nights while on a road trip to the western part of Michigan. This is not an upscale property. No pool. But it was fine for what we wanted - a place to relax and sleep after our activities. It was clean. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel, especially considering the economical price. It's located just... more

This was ok for a one night stay but I would not have wanted to stay longer. On a positive note; it was located close to our destination as well as other conveniences such as the mall and lots of resturants. The desk clerk gave us wrong directions and we ended up about 20 minutes out of our way which... more

10 Tries and still I have no keys to my room. They let me in with a pass key, so I guess I'll stay the night. We are in town for a sports event and our entire team is staying here. We were hesitant after reading some online opinions and now we know we would have been better off somewhere... more

You'll get more space than usual for your money at this hotel, where the standard room is a suite with a bedroom and a separate (windowless) "sitting room" with couch, TV, and table. If you want wireless internet, make sure you get a room on the first floor --- the signal is imperceptible on the higher floors. Be prepared for... more

The staff at this hotel was very nice. Upon check-in however, we learned that the hotel has NO air conditioning. They said to try and turn on the air conditioning unit which was loud and blew out warm and stale air. We tried to open the windows, which we quickly learned had no screens. The air in the hotel was... more

We stayed at this hotel because it was already booked for us, as a courtesy, through another person and we didnt know the area very well but we had stayed at other Days Inns before, without incidents and we trusted the name. The hotel itself doesnt look typical of other Days Inn franchises and looks more like a renovated church,... more
