I stayed at this hampton twice last summer. The staff was very nice and I did not shop around for a place to stay when I needed to return to the Grand Rapids area this summer. This was our second time at this Hampton Inn. We love it. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very helpful staff. Couldn't ask for much more. We even got to see a deer while we were eating breakfast. more

This hotel never recognizes the Hilton Gold and Diamond Members. If you mention it to the front desk you get a myriad of excuses. I was told i wasnt given Diamond preference as I booked after Midnight that day, which was impossible as I sleep at that hour. It seems like they want to place blame on you. The "wi-fi"... more

I stayed at the Hampton Inn along with several friends for a wedding. The rooms were surprisingly nice, with very comfortable beds and large bathrooms. I stayed here because of bussines I have to say the better of the hotel is its location...there is close to shopping center, close to downtown, close to everywhere in GR. the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are OK. If you´re bussiness traveller and this hotel is close to the bussines location, this is the best place!! more

I stayed in this Hampton Inn in June 2006. This was the third Hampton Inn and the 5th hotel total that I've stayed in this month, and it is by far the very nicest, above pricier hotels, including some higher-end Hilton properties.
