This hotel is a bit older but it had a fridge and a bar set up and a extra sitting area. Pay the extra $5 for the suite its a no brainier..Close to the express way and walking distance to good places to eat.. The shower and bathroom flood had a sparkle to them and the room smelled fresh and... More

We've never stayed at an Econolodge and I was a little skeptical, but it was very nice for the price. It is a ways away from downtown which is a negative, however the rooms are very spacious and they were clean. We chose this hotel because they were dog friendly, and we never had any issues with our little pup... More

Went based on reviews here. Did not disappoint! Clean, spacious room, comfortable and excellent service. Well landscaped outside with gorgeous flowers. Breakfast had no hot protein, as with Econo-lodges, but that was expected.Great value! Highly recommended! Will stay again.

This Econolodge was very clean and comfortable. I liked the separate bedroom and living areas with a refrigerator, microwave, and bar sink between. I was pleased with the amount of space for the price. Queen bed was comfortable. The place needs updating (the couch was 1980's with wallpaper to match). But, the room was very clean and well maintained. Continental... More

Stayed here based on the reviews and was not dissapointed. The room was clean, quiet, and quite large for the low rate we paid. The lobby area was very cozy and reminded me of a cabin. The only downside was we arrived late at night and I had called the front desk earlier in the day asking for a shuttle... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Typically Econolodges have small rooms, no frills and doors open to the exterior of a building. Not here! Large room, fridge, microwave, clean, interior hallways, and a reasonable price. Even the breakfast was better than a typical Econolodge. We had a two queen suite and had lots of room to spread out. Staff... More

Very affordable rates, but clean, up-to-date, nice breakfast, well-maintained and attractive inside and out. Elevator to second floor very helpful. Usually Econo Lodge motels not so good, but this particular motel exceeded out expectations. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the first choice for me and my family when we visit Grand Rapids, so I have stayed here a number of times and will continue. We were a little disappointed this trip because our room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though the motel is non-smoking. We did not complain about this since we checked in late, so don't... More

Was it a place to rest... yes. Fabulous... no. The room seems like it hasn't been updated since the 80s, the carpet smelled like dirty feet, the bathroom sink and shower drain were draining very slowly. The property lacks general maintenance and requires a refresh. But this is ECONO Lodge, so I assume I got what I paid for. I... More

This was our first stay here at the Econo Lodge and suites. We came in late and the employee who greeted us was pleasant. Our room was great -- a sleeping area with a queen bed, a bathroom (handicap accessible--not that we needed that), mini fridge/microwave, and a sitting area with couch and TV. For the price, the accommodation was... More
