Came in for a little staycation. Enjoyed the newly remodeled room, having the full service bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and convenient location, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, Free parking and free wifi.

This hotel is very reasonable priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is great! I had a appointment downtown and this hotel is less then 4 minutes from downtown & free parking!

We booked this hotel because of the cheaper rate compared to downtown Grand Rapids. We found mealy worms or maggots eating something on the carpet in front of the dresser. The bedding was falling apart and the bathroom was very dirty. Don't know how this hotel is still in business. The only nice thing was the hotel staff. They were... More

This Hotel is located right off of 131, and is only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. We stayed here because we did not want to spend $250 to stay in the downtown area(as most probably do). They were nice, the amenities were fine, and the rooms were comfortable. Seriously, people who complain about this place should not have tried... More

Never know a hotel in this condition still open to public. I blame it on our government agencies that have not shut it down with all the illegal activities and filthy and unclean environment. I agree with all the negative reviews on this site and can't understand why these booking business still recommend these kind of hotels. From now on,... More

Although I was able to have my pet here, I was not comfortable leaving him in the room alone. Check your neighborhoods before booking. Not the best environment. I was uncomfortable from the minute I parked in the parking lot. Cigarette butts everywhere on the ground and in the grass. Overgrown and shady facade. Dingy and dirty inside. As I... More

The hallway did smell like weed the whole time we were there. We found a pair of dirty underpants from a previous occupant in our room. The shower was broken and not repaired after we reported it. Towels were dirty, tub was dirty, coffee maker was not cleaned. When we complained, the manager said that since we'd booked through Expedia... More

I recently stayed for an overnight and the restaurant has a good burger but the cleanliness is something to be desired of this location. There were gunshots in the night with lots of police if your traveling woman, mother or with children I don't suggest this location at all!!

Very dirty! Awful customer service! Pool not handicapped friendly! Hot tub luke warm, sauna not working. Very badly maintained hotel. Halls smelled like weed! Worst beds in a hotel ever. Stained mattresses would have asked for a refund and went else ware but it was graduation weekend and this was the only hotel we could find. Wi FI sucked had... More

I had to travel to the area for business and saw the pictures online so I booked a room online thinking it looked fairly nice and clean. Upon visiting I was greeted by a desk receptionist that was rude and made me wait several minutes before she could help me even though there was no one else in line and... More
