Bathroom with mildewed grout, grimy tub bottom and floors made us check out after just one night. Tough to find staff. No one in breakfast area the morning we left. Very disappointing. Definitely don't recommend! more

7 yr old boy b-day party package w/one night stay. We were upgraded to poolside at same rate (Thanks Lindsey). I recently brought a group of 24 golfers to the Ramada Plaza in Grand Rapids for 4 nights. The hotel itself was well maintained and had great facilities for any group. Jason Van Dam coordinated our wedding and the service, food and attention to detail were exceptional. Our guests were very happy with the pool and the after party Jason arranged for us. The day was perfect and the staff at the Ramada largely contributed to it. more

We had such a fantastic stay! The kids loved the pool! We couldn't pry them away:) The area attractions were within a reasonable distance. The staff was so friendly and helped us plan daily adventures for our family. We will be staying here again! more

As others have mentioned, this hotel is along M-11 or 28th Street, a major commercial strip just off Interstate 96; so there are many many hotel choices that are similar in type & price as this hotel.
