Nice Hotel. Rooms are clean. No issues on check in or out. Great internet access in the room I stayed in. The Chicago Grill has great food not to mention a large variety of brews. Just a walk past the front desk and down a hallway past the ballroom and there is a door that leads right into the Chicago... more

Excellent location - right by the Mall, and with complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Staff was friendly. The indoor pool and slides are a unique feature! The workout room was well-equipped with free weights, something rarely seen in hotels these days. Breakfast was superb and worth the $6 I paid. more

We were a late night arrival, just passing through. The rooms were clean and updated, and the bed was so comfy. Apparently there is a waterpark onsite, and this is next to the mall. Staff was polite. Plentiful parking. more
