I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. Given that Radisson hotels are generally nice, I expected much more from the hotel. It's an old, run-down building that was obviously coverted to a Radisson at some point. The bathroom has mold and mildew in it, the wallpaper is old and peeling, there are stains on the ceiling and the lone, ancient,... more

Stayed here for a night when heading to the Grattan Raceway. Was a decent price (~$70 I believe) for a Sunday night stay in a standard king bed room with sleep number bed. The sleep number bed was an old model though. Staff was nice. The room was decent, however the bathroom showed its wear and tear. more

Had a great 2 night stay here during the sports show at Devos. Our 7th flloor room had a nice view of the Grand River but was near the noisy elevator. We requested another and were told they didn't have one with our preferences. We were comped with free breakfast for both days and a refrigerator that we had requested.... more

I originally stayed here because I come to Grand Rapids quite a bit and have stayed in some less than fantastic hotels and thought I needed to check this place out because it's near where I socialize, I am so glad I did, I will not stay anyplace else from now on. I now have stayed here a dozen times... more

I booked this hotel simply because its a Radisson Hotel and I needed the stays/nights for the miles. Normally I stay at a Baymont Inn closer to where I need to work but like I said I stayed here for the points. The hotel is ok but not around anything so if you don't have a car your stuck. They... more

We stayed at this hotel overnight while attending the American Idol Concert at the Van Andel Arena. It was an easy drive to the arena, just minutes away. All the staff at the Radisson were friendly and all had asked if we wanted or needed anything. I normally can't sleep well in a hotel room, but in this one, used... more

Stayed here on our way to somewhere else. It was convenient, just off the expressway and well priced on the Raddison web site. The rooms were pretty standard, clean and not cramped. The mattresses could have been more comfortable, but I slept fine. The hotel restaurant is good and there is a lounge as well. The pool area is very... more

We stayed at this hotel for a spring break. It was booked six weeks in advance through the internet. When we got there we were informed the hot tub was broken. I could not get a refund on our rooms. We ended up staying and the rooms were stinky, the air units worked terribly, and there are no hookups for... more

I stayed at this hotel on the night of June 23, 2007. We reserved the $81/night internet rate and definitely weren't disappointed. Check-in went well. There was a pretty long line and it moved quickly. Our first room, the key wouldn't work at all, so they immediately gave us a different room. I thought the rooms, hallway, & elevator all... more
