We stayed 2 nights at Peaches. It's in Heritage Hill, a great location with beautiful historic houses within walking distance to downtown. We had no issues with our stay. Everything was pretty laid back and Jane gave us her recommendations on what places to visit.

Really wish I had read the reviews before reserving a room. When we arrived, two dogs charged the door barking, and the owner (Jane) was yelling at them from another room. Really unpleasant first impression. As many others have stated, she opened the door and led us directly upstairs to our room without introducing herself. Showed us the bathroom and... More

My Husband, our dog and myself stayed three night at Peaches, mid-week, in late May. We aren't experienced travelers-with-animals, and usually stay at down-town 'conference' type hotels when we travel for business. I'm glad I found Peaches B&B on Trip Advisor, and that Jane and Doug did their best to make this business trip 'with dog' thing work. It was... More

This was our first B&B so I did not know what to think, the place is 100 years old and in great shape, we went with Peaches because it is less expensive than any of the hotels downtown and a 10 min walk form everything downtown, we were not interested in tours of the house we just wanted to unpack... Having spent time at only one other B&B before, we weren't sure what to expect when we booked a reasonably priced room at Peaches. The house is in pristine condition, reflecting the beauty of how it was when originally built in 1916. We immediately noticed how beautifully authentic the house is maintained, and later discovered the owners pride themselves on... More

After reading all of the wonderful reviews, 4 of us decided to stay at Peaches for a short visit to GR. It definitely is in a great walking location and the home is beautiful. I waited to write this review so I could go back and re-read all of the other reviews to be sure we stayed in the same... More

We’re very sorry you seemed to have had a terrible experience at Peaches. Sometimes, although we try hard, we miss meeting the expectations of guests. We do apologize. Unfortunately, at Peaches we don’t have the same staff that bigger hotels & B&B’s have so we must allocate our time. Between 10am & 4pm, we need to get rooms changed &... More

What a beautiful and well-maintained house Peaches is and the grounds were well cared for with many attractive gardens. The room we had was large, comfortable and very clean. I think it was room #3 of 5. There was no TV, which wasn’t a problem but a clock radio would have been very helpful. We arrived 1-½ hours before check... More

We have an electric car and it is rare that when you travel you can actually plug in so it was a delight to find this lovely B&B could accommodate our car also! The room was bright and cheery and very large. It's a bit quirky as all of the light switches and everything else our original. Jane is a... More

My fiance and I stayed at Peaches for their Sit. Stay. Beer. Weekend in late February and had an amazing time. We had been trying new craft beer recently and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the brewing process from start to finish. The weekend included a happy hour hosted by the owners, brewing market visit, brewery tour, beer tasting, and beer/dinner... More

Wow! What a fabulous time meeting new people, experiencing brew pubs in Grand Rapids, learning how to make Home Brew and the most wonderful Beer Pairing Dinner. This packaged weekend is worth every penny and making new friends, a unexpected bonus!!!
