Having spent time at only one other B&B before, we weren't sure what to expect when we booked a reasonably priced room at Peaches. The house is in pristine condition, reflecting the beauty of how it was when originally built in 1916. We immediately noticed how beautifully authentic the house is maintained, and later discovered the owners pride themselves on... More

After reading all of the wonderful reviews, 4 of us decided to stay at Peaches for a short visit to GR. It definitely is in a great walking location and the home is beautiful. I waited to write this review so I could go back and re-read all of the other reviews to be sure we stayed in the same... More

We’re very sorry you seemed to have had a terrible experience at Peaches. Sometimes, although we try hard, we miss meeting the expectations of guests. We do apologize. Unfortunately, at Peaches we don’t have the same staff that bigger hotels & B&B’s have so we must allocate our time. Between 10am & 4pm, we need to get rooms changed &... More

What a beautiful and well-maintained house Peaches is and the grounds were well cared for with many attractive gardens. The room we had was large, comfortable and very clean. I think it was room #3 of 5. There was no TV, which wasn’t a problem but a clock radio would have been very helpful. We arrived 1-½ hours before check... More

We have an electric car and it is rare that when you travel you can actually plug in so it was a delight to find this lovely B&B could accommodate our car also! The room was bright and cheery and very large. It's a bit quirky as all of the light switches and everything else our original. Jane is a... More

My fiance and I stayed at Peaches for their Sit. Stay. Beer. Weekend in late February and had an amazing time. We had been trying new craft beer recently and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the brewing process from start to finish. The weekend included a happy hour hosted by the owners, brewing market visit, brewery tour, beer tasting, and beer/dinner... More

Wow! What a fabulous time meeting new people, experiencing brew pubs in Grand Rapids, learning how to make Home Brew and the most wonderful Beer Pairing Dinner. This packaged weekend is worth every penny and making new friends, a unexpected bonus!!!

My work colleague and I stayed at the Peaches Bed and Breakfast while attending a conference in downtown Grand Rapids. The Inn was a beautiful, peaceful getaway after a hectic day at our conference. The house is beautifully decorated in a historic neighborhood that is very quiet, but close to downtown attractions. Our room was very comfortable, and the two... More

This was our first time at Peaches Bed and Breakfast. My wife and I were attempting to have an all Grand Rapids evening with a local dinner, a show a the Civic Theater and then an overnight at Peaches. The hope was to walk to each event. However, I did not bring the weatherman into the plans and Grand Rapids... More

I have stayed here twice and loved both times. It is close to downtown, yet feels like you are in a neighborhood. Allows for convenience to many locations and peaceful escape from everything afterwards.. just like home. Rooms were perfectly clean, beds comfortable, and breakfast delicious.

My husband and I just stayed at Peaches for their brew weekend package. It was fantastic! I've never done anything like it. The bed and breakfast itself was lovely. It is very well maintained (I love old houses!). Our room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had a blast and learned so much. We learned what goes into making... More
