Pleasantly surprised how clean the facilities were and the staff all had smiles on their faces and demonstrated they had pride in their work assignments. We really felt welcome. Overpriced for what you get. cons: Shower rods hanging off the walls. No in room fridges even in jacuzzi suites. Rather murky water in the pool. Kids running up and down the halls all night. I've stayed here a few times when doing business in northern Michigan. I didn't have a reservation, so was glad when they had availability (not a sure thing in the summer).
